Service Department My 2015 TLX is in the repair for the 2nd time because the 1st repair was done incorrectly. They drive these cars every and all day, so they shouldn't have given me something that obviously was noticeably wrong. The engine was making sounds I have never heard, the steering wheel was not properly aligned, and the transmission was not shifting properly. The body shop placed me in a loaner car, well it's now New Years Weeekend and I have plans to go out of town with friends. My rental car agreement had 150 miles per day on it, so as a courtesy I called and inquired would it be a penalty. I was told I would have to speak with the Service Manager for loaner cars. Once I spoke with Robby, he told me that it would be a penalty if I drove over the allotted mileage. He then says, well if I can make your car ready by 4pm or 5pm today, can you wait on it. I then say no I can't but I can make other arrangements for travels. I stated that I didn't want my car to be rushed because it should have been fixed properly the first time. I am very LIVID that they would rather rush work than to have miles put on their loaners. It is NOT MY FAULT!!! I may have to take my all my business to David McDavid! More

They are friendly, professional, patient and take the time to actually do the service right. Also, there's not a mob at the door for a free car wash like up the street. Excellent service. The sales group are also fair and without pressure. I bought a 2015 RDX, great vehicle, and now as my wife's (other brand vehicle) is coming off her 3 year lease, so we are considering adding a new Acura sedan to out family fleet... in most part to my experience with Goodson. 5 star first rate!
