Outstanding Professional Service We had a very low tire. We are 35 miles from our original dealer but had an warranty. We did not have a choice but to go to Goodson. I am glad we did. We received fast effective and very courteous service. The technician kept us apprised almost every 15 minutes. Most of the wait was because of the warranty insurance company requirements etc. We decided to do all of our service work here. In face our lease is coming up and now I will get a bid from them for our next Lease. More

Great overall service My car's alternator died on me on my way to work in the morning and I was able to get my car to the dealership before they opened. Robby was availabl My car's alternator died on me on my way to work in the morning and I was able to get my car to the dealership before they opened. Robby was available right when their office opened to help get my a loaner and on my way to work immediately. Throughout the day I was given up to date notifications on the status of my car and the estimates. Robby also reached out to a third party insurance company per my request to see if I was eligible for any coverage. That afternoon I was given the notification that my car was ready for pick up, I came back to the dealship and was in and out wishing 10 minutes. Overall a great experience. More
