No longer a customer I took my car in for service and had some work done. I later had some issues and the dealership attempted to diagnose the issue. Since it was a safe I took my car in for service and had some work done. I later had some issues and the dealership attempted to diagnose the issue. Since it was a safety concern it was important that they get it right. While the communicated that they had done all they could and found nothing wrong, they could not duplicate the issue and had to return the car to me. There didn't seem to be an appreciation for how difficult it was for me to accept a car without knowing exactly what was wrong despite their service check. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning. More

I originally work with Mr. Robby Robertson one of the SUPERB SERVICE ADVISER. unfortunately he was out today. I had already spoken with him( Mr. Robertson) day before and I was told to speak with Mr. Dane. Mr. Dane had not made it in at 8:00AM when I arrived today Saturday 9/30/2017, so I was prepared to wait for him, but Mr. Jonathan took it upon himself to BULLY me writing up my concerns and wanted me to sign a form stating I would have to pay $162.00 to have my car looked at, when its already in the system regarding my issues with my 2002 Acura 3.2 TL Type S. Jonathan has a "SMUG ATTITUDE" and EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE, with no COMPASSION. its all about the MONEY with this guy. Maybe because I was a women, or maybe not, but either way do yourself a favor and ask for Mr. Robby Robertson @ GOODSON ACURA OF DALLAS. I end up just leaving the dealership after having them wash my car so I wouldn't feel like I wasted my time plus gasoline. More

Service and an awesome sales rep Unfortunately, I damaged the front end of my 2 week old car. My sales rep, Mike Aman, took car of it and made sure that the car was fixed as close to Unfortunately, I damaged the front end of my 2 week old car. Goodson service stayed late for me. I had previously bought three new Acuras from Goodson but had a problem with my new and slightly used car I bought somewhere else. My battery needed to be replaced (still under factory warranty thank goodness!) and I arrived (stressed out) at service two minutes before they closed, I had called ahead and they were waiting for me with a loaner car and friendly attitude. My car was ready next morning. In and out less than 24 hours. I give Goodson a gold star, again. More
Great service experience I took my RDX in for a car wash and it was about due for an oil change. Hassle free, in and out! My vehicle had a recall, which is an inconvenience to find the time to take to the dealership, since this could only be done during Mon.-Fri. However, I called in advance and was informed the parts were available. Pulled up to service dept., was immediately greeted by someone, took basic information and I was done in 2 minutes. I left my vehicle there and they called me when it was done, picked up my car and only had to sign and again I was out the door within a couple of minutes. My car looked great, as they did a complimentary wash (that my car so badly needed). Everyone was super friendly and ready to help! Will definitely be coming back for future needs! More
