I was very pleased when we drove into the bay it was not a long wait and a sweet gentleman was taking care of us. We were getting an oil change. We had a wait of 2.5 hrs, but the waiting environment was g a long wait and a sweet gentleman was taking care of us. We were getting an oil change. We had a wait of 2.5 hrs, but the waiting environment was great. And finished up with eric. He was super nice. We will return again if we are in the area again & need anything. My service advisor did a good job of keeping me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle. I like the fact that the technician came and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off.
