It is a bit of a chore to bring the car to a dealership for service, but Goodson's service department is top-notch! This was my second visit to Goodson and I found my experience in dealing with Goodson staff is/was ALWAYS a excellent. Richard was the individual who assisted me when I drove into the dealership and I found him friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The Cashier(s) who assisted me when my car was ready for pick-up were also extremely friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. Goodson, in my opinion, is one of the BEST dealerships with whom I have dealt in my many years of owing a vehicle!!! More

They also added some extras. After the purchase, they returned my Enterprise rental at the Airport so that I could drive back and reach Austin safely. They also matched the financing that I would get in Austin at 1.99% for five years. Initially I was to purchase Nissan Murano for which I have had an experience with 5 Nissan dealers. My experience with this Acura dealership is so great that it would be foolish to even compare this dealership with Nissan dealers. More
