Awesome new car buying experience at Goodson Acura Dallas I just purchased a 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance. This is my third vehicle purchase from Goodson but the first one since 2007. I chose Goodson due I just purchased a 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance. This is my third vehicle purchase from Goodson but the first one since 2007. I chose Goodson due to the excellent experience with both sales and service I had in the past. I stopped by to look at the RDX and MDX models. John Dobbins patiently answered all my questions as I went over both vehicles and took a RDX for a test drive. He was aware I was just "kicking tires" but took all the time I wanted with absolutely no sales pressure. I dropped back by a week or so later to test drive the MDX. John was not in but I was helped by Augustine Oboh. I had the exact same helpful experience with no sales pressure. I had not worked with Augustine during my initial visit but he remembered me from that visit. Once I made the purchase decision the sales process was smooth and professional as well. I went back to John and he was great to work with as we went through the vehicle price and trade in. I felt like I was being treated with the utmost curtesy and respect by everyone I came in contact with. My impressions were a dealership that was professional and maintained the highest degree of integrity across every aspect of the business I came in contact with. That included reception, sales, finance and vehicle delivery. I was really pleased that the dealership was the same great dealership I experienced years before. More

Excellent Purchase Experience I have been a Goodson Acura customer since I bought my first Acura in 2005. I returned in 2014 and purchased a 2014 RDX. It was a great experience b I have been a Goodson Acura customer since I bought my first Acura in 2005. I returned in 2014 and purchased a 2014 RDX. It was a great experience but what brought me back last week was a recall notice I received from Acura. From the moment I drove up to the service department I was greated by Jason Roberts. He patiently explained my options and listened to my concerns. When I explained I was interested in possibly switching out my vehicle for a new one, he walked me to the sales dept and handed me off to Wade. Wade personally walked the lot and pulled up several options for me, he was patient and took the time to find exactly what I wanted. During this time, Jason came by to check on me 2 times to make sure I was doing well. When I decided going with a new 2016 RDX lease, I wa shocked when Juan, the finance guy walked in and said HEY YVONNE! He actually remembered me from my previous purchase. He assured me he would work hard to get me the right deal and he did! From Jason, Juan and Wade..you have an excellent team that you should be proud of. I work in customer service and the way you treat people can make or break your business. These guys were great and if I were to purchase a new vehicle, I would personally request your "A" team (Wade & Juan) to work with. More
