They also added some extras. After the purchase, they returned my Enterprise rental at the Airport so that I could drive back and reach Austin safely. They also matched the financing that I would get in Austin at 1.99% for five years. Initially I was to purchase Nissan Murano for which I have had an experience with 5 Nissan dealers. My experience with this Acura dealership is so great that it would be foolish to even compare this dealership with Nissan dealers. More

Patrick Burns, a young man, presented additional information and alternatives allowing me to compute what was most feasible in meeting my bottom line. I was very skeptical about meeting with my financial people, but to my delight Paul Roberts was patient and willing to explain any detail that I had question about with calmness and ease of a wise sage. Special Care We live out of town, so getting our 2014 MDX serviced requires some planning. Dane Uter takes great care of us when we come in. He even offers to deliver the car to us if they need to keep the car longer than planned. We have not needed that option, but it is nice to know it is available as we are two hours away. The service done is always done well, timely and we get back a nicely washed car! It is premium service as you would expect from a premium car line. More

It took a few months for me to get my insurance business complete, but Wade was there with me all the way. I called later when I was out of town, told him what I was looking for and he came through. I trust him to do the best for me and he did! He has excellent follow through and always go the extra mile! When we need an Acura in the future Wade will always be our go to guy. More

UNEXPECTED !! Most of us dread going to the dealership. From the time you get there you have salesman greeting you at your car. Then he is following you around te Most of us dread going to the dealership. From the time you get there you have salesman greeting you at your car. Then he is following you around telling you things that you know aren't true. Then, once you decide on a vehicle, you have to deal with all of the negotiations to get your price lower. They tell you 100 times how you're special and they're making a deal just for you. Yea, we've all heard that. Thats why I was dreading going to the dealership yesterday. Boy was I in for a surprise.. When I arrived, there was an awkward silence. Awkward as in, nobody came to rip me out of my car and shove a vehicle down my throat. I took a breath of fresh air as I walked around for a minute. I then walked inside and I was directed to John Dobbins. John was not your typical car salesman. While he was dressed like one, and had his own office, it was as if a normal person was speaking to me in a "non salesman" tone. I immediately felt very comfortable and any car buying anxiety I had seemed to disappear. I told John the exact car I was looking for and I even told him that I was positive I did not have enough money but I just wanted to see what we could work out. Any normal salesman would automatically get that look that says "this guy is wasting my time. If he does buy a car, there goes my commission".. Not John. John's amazing. John found the exact car I was looking for at the price that I was willing to pay. Brand new might I add. Buying a new car has never been easier. I went in with a set amount and ended up paying just under that amount. I couldn't be more happy. This is the BEST place to buy a car. I was in and out very quickly and without any stress or regret.
