Phan, We hope you are enjoying your new car! We hear your frustration regarding receiving one FOB with your purchase, but it is not uncommon for pre-owned vehicles to only come with one fob. When we purchased the vehicle, we only received one FOB too. Had you asked about the FOB prior to the sale we would have been sure to tell you, but with missing FOB’s on pre-owned cars being such a common occurrence, we don’t typically note it.
