Unfair business practice I bought a vehicle last week from their dealership (I didn't negotiate even a single dollar on the price, I believe in not cutting their profits) and I bought a vehicle last week from their dealership (I didn't negotiate even a single dollar on the price, I believe in not cutting their profits) and while looking at the vehicle I asked if there is anything specific I need to know about the vehicle like any issues or such. I was told there is nothing as such. After the paper work is done and I signed all the documents, during delivery the sales person then told me there is only 1 key fob and he can't do anything about it and walked away. That was very rude and unethical business practice. He hide the information all the time and told me after I paid for everything. The key fob itself will be around 300$ I believe. They didn't offer me a coupon or service to replace the key fob. More
First Class Customer Service My service advisor Richard Furcht met me when I arrived, We went over a couple of issues that I had and he gave me all the information I needed. Richard told me it would be about 45 minutes and I could wait in the lounge and get a beverage. Great service Dealerships are only as good as the people that they hire, and Dane Utter (Service Advisor) is a great employee. He's one of the primary reasons we k Dealerships are only as good as the people that they hire, and Dane Utter (Service Advisor) is a great employee. He's one of the primary reasons we keep coming back to Goodson. We have a older Acura RL and we're at that stage where service matters. We could probably get our car serviced at a lower price, but trust matters. Dane has been a great advisor, working with us to make sure we understand what we need to repair immediately and what we can postpone. He will patiently walk us through complex repair issues so we can understand what we're paying for. I have a great respect and appreciation for all the assistance Dane has provided us over the last couple of years. More
