Just my pace! I started the auto buying process with a simple test drive. Brian Smith found us an RDX to test drive, and we took it around the block. When we got back to the dealership - we noted that we weren't looking to purchase that day - so he happily gave us his card, and told us to let him know if we did, at some point, want to purchase one. THIS GOES A LONG WAY for me. It showed me he was willing to let us go at our own pace. Fast Forward to when we were ready to buy. We exchanged emails and decided on a price, and I scheduled a time to come in. I arrived, we did a quick drive of the RDX I had chosen, and off to finish up the paperwork. After signing the documents, and payment, another quick tutorial for me, and I was on my way. Super professional, but very relaxed - I highly recommend Brian, if you are in the market for a new Acura in Dallas! More
