Service, good as far as it goes, but latter I get an Email recommending additional service /maintenance items. It would have been much more convent & time efficient if I had been told about these additional items during my A-1 maintenance service so I could have authorized Goodson to proceed w/ these items. So now I find myself in the situation where I have to bring my vehicle back a second time to have all the maintenance recommended performed on my vehicle. Goodson you have lost the person to person human connection. NOT A GOOD THING! More
2017 mdx first service Goodson Acura Dallas May 16 2017 I had a first servive on my new 2017 Acura MDX Advance........ I had purchased the car at another Acura dealership and was concerned I May 16 2017 I had a first servive on my new 2017 Acura MDX Advance........ I had purchased the car at another Acura dealership and was concerned I would get below par service. That was not the case. The service was prompt coureous fast and thorough from start to finish. Jasmin Carranza handled my car, and she was very friendly and very accommodating. She made ahimsrum rank a pleasure. I will absolutely use this service department in the future. I travel from Waco and could use many different dealership service departments. This experience definitely beckons me back. I left a Yeti cup at the dealership. I called later. They searched for the cup, found it, and put aside for me to come back and get. That was beyond the call of duty. So nice to deal with pleasant efficient folks!!!!! Thank you. Jody Barbin More

Dane is an amazing guy to work with. I have worked with Dane in remediating few issues with my car. Amazing Service and Quick Turn Around! I had some problems arise with my MDX that were urgent and needed to be looked at quickly. This happened 20 min. before the service center was schedul I had some problems arise with my MDX that were urgent and needed to be looked at quickly. This happened 20 min. before the service center was scheduled to close. That being said, Johnathan Valdez and his crew were AMAZING! Johnathan was incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and attentive. He immediately got me a loaner, and clearly defined what to expect over the next day. Johnathan's crew was also wonderful! I heard from them every day with an update on what they found, how it was going to be fixed, and a timeline of when they expected to have it complete. What was communicated was exactly what was executed in the end! They ordered a part and had it fixed in a 2 day turn around time. I would absolutely recommend Goodson Acura, as well as Johnathan and his crew! Thank you for the positive experience! Ashley W. More
Quick, efficient, in and out. Nice waiting room! I've always liked taking my car to Goodson. They have a knowledgeable staff and a comfy waiting area with computers, TV's, magazines, and new cars to I've always liked taking my car to Goodson. I have 113000 miles on my car and still take it to the dealership, even for oil changes. I just feel like they care more than other garages! Free loaner car too when I have to leave it overnight. They just really take care of their customers and I TRUST them; that's the number one reason right there! More
