This review is about my first service appointment at Goldstein Subaru. My Crosstrek went in for an oil change, with an appointment. I was also losing air in one of my rear tires. This needed to be check Goldstein Subaru. My Crosstrek went in for an oil change, with an appointment. I was also losing air in one of my rear tires. This needed to be checked out. The service department was busy on a Friday morning. My service advisor, Samantha was very polite. Someone also came around to inquire how long you were waiting and if they could check on your car. They did find something in my tire, but were able to save the tire. The something was about the size of a bobbie pin. I also purchased rubber car mats. As I was walking out to my car Samantha was putting the rubber car mats in my car for me. Overall, a very positive first service experience with Goldstein Subaru. More
