After checking out all makes, models, reviews and online reports, we decided to go with the Mitsubishi Outlander. Not only was it the most car for the money, but the staff was exceptional. Our first visit was just an information gathering visit The staff was very helpful and informative, without being pushy. After many more dealer visits, we decided to go back to Mitsubishi and take the car for an extended test drive. I loved it. After much debate and lots of questions we decided to go for it. Jeff and Jim made the purchase easy and Jeff went over the car from headlights to taillights to make sure I understood everything about the car. I have to admit when we started this process, Mitsubishi never entered my mind as an option. The only reason I went there was because my son wanted to. Boy, am I glad he did. A couple days later I came back and Cody was there, still patient and willing to test drive again. He was able to answer every question thoroughly and didn't miss a beat. Larry was there on my second visit and is delightful. Negotiations were made and I got my first brand new car. My stipulation of wanting a sun/moon roof installed aftermarket brought me to Brian in service who is relate-able and super friendly (thanks for the pen!). Justin in finance is also on his game: knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Looking forward to my second Mitsubishi and first new car! More
