Pre-owned Vehicle Purchase This past week we purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from Goldstein Mitsubishi and the overall sales experience was very good. The salesman, sales manager an This past week we purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from Goldstein Mitsubishi and the overall sales experience was very good. The salesman, sales manager and finance rep were able to answer most questions about the vehicle we selected and the maintenance service programs and finance options available to us. They were friendly, courteous and customer oriented. As we requested, they delivered the vehicle to our own mechanic for his inspection prior to the purchase. They agreed to complete some work on the vehicle at Goldstein's expense based on our mechanic's suggestion. They calmly negotiated pricing and financing terms with us, and we were happy with the final cost of the vehicle based on fair-market value and listings for the same vehicle at other dealerships. We plan on using Goldstein's service department when needed and will submit a review of the same at a later date. More
