I don't have a lot of time but they made it easy as they worked with me over the phone, which was great. Other dealers would make you go and wait. There were a couple things that I thought could be improved upon: The auto that I purchased was driven by the GM and not cleaned/detailed to my expectations. That may have been me only giving them a 4 hours to get the truck detailed. However, there were salt granules in the AC perforated leather seats. FYI airconditioned seats...don't eat anything with salt while your driving...lesson learned. I would also request a walk around the truck prior to signing all the paper work specifically around "We Owe" document. I had noticed a paint chip that would have been my responsibility if I didn't catch it. Overall great competitive deals with great customer service. I would just ask the management team to inspect the vehicle to put their stamp of approval before sending it to the customer. More
