The searching and purchasing processes were great. Customer service was excellent. We were pleased when we were told that any service issues could be addressed on site. However, just a few months late Customer service was excellent. We were pleased when we were told that any service issues could be addressed on site. However, just a few months later, not only were we steered away from bringing the vehicle to Godspeed’s service department for a problem, but apparently getting the extended warranty doesn’t keep you from being responsible for a $4000 repair bill just months after purchasing this luxury vehicle.
