This review hopefully reaches the owner of Godspeed Motors. Your customer service is horrible if I could give you a ZERO star i would definitely do it. Calling your dealership is like I'm in 1995 Press 1 Press 2 Press 3. Every other high end dealership i have purchased vehicles from has an actual real person answer the phone. Finally after Calling four days in a row I gave up. I was able to leave one message with a lady and who knows if anyone got it because I never got a call back. Never got a message on line as well. Calling your dealership I felt like a bill collector and NOBODY would respond.
Bought a 2019 A6, one owner, no accidents, clean carfax, etc etc. Asked all the questions, got docs of the inspection, and bought their top warranty "Ultra Care", the only one they offer. It is through a 3rd party. Paid 3500 cash for it and put another 3200 down. This was Jan 12 2024. It's now Nov 16 2024. I've put only 10k miles on it. Spent 5k on service from my own pocket on top of what the very limited lousy warranty covered. Water pump, mounts, bushings, breather valve, generator, list goes on. Apparently the rear main seal needs replacement and is leaking as well as causing a loud vacuum whistle. Seals and gasket coverage is included to 100k. Still, somehow the warranty covers 1700 out of what Audi Arrowhead is charging 8300 for. Engine has to come down for rear main seal. After a pity discount leaves me with another 4000 to come up with. I got got. Tried to cover my bases, but ultimately trusted Godspeed motors. Wish I hadn't. Won't buy online again. Warranty sucks and I got sold a lemon. Never mind there was only one key and no actual key inserted in the fob, which I got Godspeed to pay for. Nevermind I was told that what was impact damage on the bumper could be buffed out. Paid 600 to improve the appearance instead of 3000 to replace the bumper. This was all discovered when I flew out there to pick up the car. It was too late. Nevermind the passenger door lock mechanism was also getting stuck an showing an error preventing me from locking my car sometimes. I accepted those issues, but cumulatively this is ridiculous. Any way you slice it, its a LEMON. Drake let me know he had done all he could do once he got the key insert paid for. I was on my own, because AS IS is literally that. Oh yeah, Audi Arrowhead in Peoria, AZ discovered a transmission bolt that had been replaced misthreaded and locked. That was the first time I took it in when it overheated in April 2024. Someone did bad work, and that is where the rear main seal goes. Shocker. So I got this car from Godspeed like that. Either they missed it in their inspection or did it in house. Buyer beware.
Purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport from Godspeed Motors in August of this year. Great experience with my salesperson Erick Cover who was knowledgeable & professional. I was able to have my own auto inspector review the vehicle on site & put it up on their lift to completely check the vehicle. I see some less than positive reviews on DealerRater however my experience with Erick was outstanding. Highly recommended.
Today I had a positive experience with Ash, their GM. I recommend working with him there.
Personally, I had a great experience at Godspeed Motors in purchasing my new vehicle. Drake was my salesman, and i will say he was outstanding. He was honest and upfront and made the process very easy for me. I will be returning to him and Godspeed Motors for my next vehicle.
I have an active lawsuit against Godspeed Motors for Misrepresentation. Sales Rep/Point of Contact: Drake Thomas.
