2006 Used Toyota Scion This was my first time buying a car by myself. And it was very exciting and smooth and quick. I already knew what type of car I was going to get when This was my first time buying a car by myself. And it was very exciting and smooth and quick. I already knew what type of car I was going to get when I headed there with my mom. As soon as we were there we were welcomed and got to take a look at the car then do some paperwork. They helped answer any/all questions I had and made the process very easy and less nerve-wrecking. Definitely would recommend! More

Lovely experience from local dealership The salesman happened to be someone I knew of in the community which made me feel less nervous and more trustworthy of him. The overall experience of purchasing the car was very good. Minor pre-existing scratches inside the used car were fixed at no cost to us after purchasing and in a timely fashion. After driving the car for 4 months, there hasn't been any issues and am still extremely happy, like the day I was handed the keys. More

2015 Avalon hybrid I was torn between the Avalon hybrid and another new car in it's class. It took me a while and Tommy was just as patient with me as anyone could be. I was torn between the Avalon hybrid and another new car in it's class. It took me a while and Tommy was just as patient with me as anyone could be. He repeatedly answered our questions - sometimes the same question 2 or 3 times. When it came to MPH the Avalon won hands down. I drove the car home - about 60 miles and couldn't be more pleased. Won't be back Good experience with salesman. Then the sales manager came in and blew it. Don't even waste your time. Rude and condescending. Took my money elsewhere Good experience with salesman. Car buying shouldn't be an experience where you are made to feel stupid and insignificant. Ended up going to another dealer who was kind and he closed the deal nicely. Nice experience with Dave the salesman who had us ready to sign. NEAL the sales manager was awful. Even though we bought cars there before, we won't be going back. Sorry guys. A little kindness goes along way. More
