Best dealership experience of my life! Three weeks ago I stopped in to Gloucester Toyota just to take a look around at cars and shop for my next purchase. Mr. Tommy Wheat approached me and Three weeks ago I stopped in to Gloucester Toyota just to take a look around at cars and shop for my next purchase. Mr. Tommy Wheat approached me and my first thought was "HERE comes the shark!" In fact he was very nice and asked me what I was interested in. We talked about my situation, which was not as ideal as I would like. He told me, "Think about it and come back when you are ready." He never took any information of mine and our total conversation was 5 minutes or so. Today I went in and asked to speak with Tommy. He was courteous and knew exactly who I was. We test drove a used car and then we tried a new car that we liked. Not once during my time at Gloucester Toyota was I asked to "do a credit check" or "run some numbers" We discussed our options and Tommy asked me again if I just wanted to take a couple days and shop around. I told him "No" and we went in and did the paper work. He was very knowledgeable about all the options on both cars and was very helpful. He never gave me some BS answer, and we discussed things without any hesitation. Tommy was awesome with my whole family and we got the deal done for exactly what we wanted. Again I reiterate, I have never had an experience that was this stress free ever!! I will be shopping at Gloucester Toyota from now on. More

Everything was perfect!!! I went into my car buying experience a nervous wreck due to my last experience. Anne called me back quickly after I filled out the online form. Blake greeted me as soon as I entered the lot while Cameron had the keys ready for me to test drive. Blake was very informative, without being "pushy". He gave me ample time to test drive to make sure I like the feel of it. The numbers were exactly as I had discussed before arriving at the lot. I appreciated that everything went smoothly because I work nights, got off of work at 8am and drove over an hour to Glouster to the lot; so I had no time for haggling. I left the lot more than satisfied! More

Gloucester Toyota: A great place to buy a Toyota! My wife 1st contacted Gloucester Toyota by internet and got "the no-haggle price" from Anne Earman. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were met by My wife 1st contacted Gloucester Toyota by internet and got "the no-haggle price" from Anne Earman. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were met by JJ Johnson and he guided us through making our final choice (gave us excellent advice) and finalized the "deal". In dealing with Gloucester Toyota, their "internet price" will compete with and beat any other dealer, in the state of Virginia (or anywhere, really). JJ did NOT pressure us in anyway; gave us excellent advice in trying to make a choice for our 6'4" son with LONG legs. Steered us away from a poor choice and into the CORRECT choice. There was ZERO pressure in ANY/ALL of our dealings with JJ. More
