2006 Used Toyota Scion This was my first time buying a car by myself. And it was very exciting and smooth and quick. I already knew what type of car I was going to get when This was my first time buying a car by myself. And it was very exciting and smooth and quick. I already knew what type of car I was going to get when I headed there with my mom. As soon as we were there we were welcomed and got to take a look at the car then do some paperwork. They helped answer any/all questions I had and made the process very easy and less nerve-wrecking. Definitely would recommend! More

Lovely experience from local dealership The salesman happened to be someone I knew of in the community which made me feel less nervous and more trustworthy of him. The overall experience of purchasing the car was very good. Minor pre-existing scratches inside the used car were fixed at no cost to us after purchasing and in a timely fashion. After driving the car for 4 months, there hasn't been any issues and am still extremely happy, like the day I was handed the keys. More

2015 Avalon hybrid I was torn between the Avalon hybrid and another new car in it's class. It took me a while and Tommy was just as patient with me as anyone could be. I was torn between the Avalon hybrid and another new car in it's class. It took me a while and Tommy was just as patient with me as anyone could be. He repeatedly answered our questions - sometimes the same question 2 or 3 times. When it came to MPH the Avalon won hands down. I drove the car home - about 60 miles and couldn't be more pleased. Car buying shouldn't be an experience where you are made to feel stupid and insignificant. Ended up going to another dealer who was kind and he closed the deal nicely. Nice experience with Dave the salesman who had us ready to sign. NEAL the sales manager was awful. Even though we bought cars there before, we won't be going back. Sorry guys. A little kindness goes along way. More

Best dealership experience of my life! Three weeks ago I stopped in to Gloucester Toyota just to take a look around at cars and shop for my next purchase. Mr. Tommy Wheat approached me and Three weeks ago I stopped in to Gloucester Toyota just to take a look around at cars and shop for my next purchase. Mr. Tommy Wheat approached me and my first thought was "HERE comes the shark!" In fact he was very nice and asked me what I was interested in. We talked about my situation, which was not as ideal as I would like. He told me, "Think about it and come back when you are ready." He never took any information of mine and our total conversation was 5 minutes or so. Today I went in and asked to speak with Tommy. He was courteous and knew exactly who I was. We test drove a used car and then we tried a new car that we liked. Not once during my time at Gloucester Toyota was I asked to "do a credit check" or "run some numbers" We discussed our options and Tommy asked me again if I just wanted to take a couple days and shop around. I told him "No" and we went in and did the paper work. He was very knowledgeable about all the options on both cars and was very helpful. He never gave me some BS answer, and we discussed things without any hesitation. Tommy was awesome with my whole family and we got the deal done for exactly what we wanted. Again I reiterate, I have never had an experience that was this stress free ever!! I will be shopping at Gloucester Toyota from now on. More
