I looked at a bunch of different trucks and visited several dealers, but without much success. I decided to go back to Gloucester Toyota to have a look around, and I'm glad I did. Tommy, Gene, and Cameron were excellent to work with. No pressure, no hassle, and gladly answered all of the questions that I had. They found the exact truck I was looking for, at the right price, and had it delivered to their location in short order. Gave me a very fair price for my '03 too. They explained all of the paperwork very clearly (no tricks), and never tried to pressure me into things that I didn't want or need. Even after the sale, Tommy took the time to explain how all of the features and technology on that truck work, and encouraged us to contact him at any time if we had any questions after we got home. I was extremely happy with Gloucester Toyota when I bought my last truck from them, 15 years ago, and they proved once again that they genuinely care about their customers' buying experience. These guys get it, and have loyal customers to show for their efforts. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed. More

Easiest car I have ever bought. Stopped in late on a Friday night just before they closed to look at used car I viewed online. Tom came out in the cold and greeted us and showed me the car and offered a test drive. I declined and said I would come back at noon the next day. When I arrived they had the car out front and waiting for my family and I. They took a copy of my drivers liscence and allowed us to take the car by ourselves out for a test die allowi.g both my wife and I to drive it. We recived the kelly blue book average on are trade in and had a complety hassle free non pushy experience. Tom is a military vet as well and kept us entertained with great story's as our paperwork was prossed. In 2 hours I went from test drive to owning the car I have wanted since I was a 6 year old boy. They provided me with a carfax certification for the car and it's complete history. I would recommend Toyota scion of Gloster to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience . More

Best Car-buying Experience Ever This was at least our 17h car purchase and stands above all others in ease, friendliness of service, honest input and a genuine customer focus. I did not feel pushed during any phase of the buy, was given plenty of time to test drive (and re test drive) vehicles that were of interest, and discuss pros and cons. Tommy listened to my concerns and desires and applied those to possible car candidates. he arranged the financing options, ensuring the best rates and made appointments to meet my schedule as I prepared to move west. I cannot say enough about Tommy and his genuine care and level of assistance without any of the typical pushiness that is expected when buying a car. Thia was the case through the entire process, and I was in and out of financing in record time. Cameron was wonderful there!! I would highly recommend Tommy and Gloucester Toyota for any car buying needs!! More
