Great Deal/Shady Dealership Let me start with the positive: I got a great deal, and I do love my new to me car. Now for the negative: I knew more about the car than the sale Let me start with the positive: I got a great deal, and I do love my new to me car. Now for the negative: I knew more about the car than the sales-person did, even though we showed up with an appointment to see this particular vehicle. They lied and ripped me off on my trade-in! Told me my car was in rough shape, and under valued it by several thousand dollars. Had to argue with them for several hours to get a fair price for it. That vehicle that was in such rough shape, and would need " a significant amount of reconditioning" was listed on their lot the following week with out so much a a decent washing.... for $4000 more than, which is at the high end for that vehicle in good condition. Furthermore, they were rude once they realized that we were not going to take the low-ball offer they first threw at us. Pulled out of the dealership, and realized the gas-tank was on empty. After they told my husband they were taking it to prep it and fill it up. I've never left a dealership with a car with the gas light on before. Car was Dirty There was dirt under the back hatch and went to wash it and found that there wasn't a cent of wax on the car. I spent a significant amount of time doing the cleaning and waxing of a car, that really should have been done by the dealership Even with the good deal I got, I would advise steering clear of this place, it has just left me with a bad impression. More

Smooth and Professional Car Buying Experience I came across my dream car on the cargurus website and it caught my attention from how perfect the condition of the car was. I contacted Gloucester Toyota immediately and was greeted by Anne Earman. She sent all the details to me and even provided a multiple videos of the car so I can see the car. Since I live in New York and the dealership is located in Virginia, I was able to see everything on the car before I made the trip down. Before my arrival, Tommy Wheat contacted me and was willing to pick me up from the train station even though it was a 30 minute drive and bring us to the dealership to finalize the purchase. Once I arrived, I was greeted by everyone. I saw my car and knew it was perfect. The car was in amazing condition and was even serviced before I got there. I Signed the papers and headed back up to NY in my new baby!! I highly recommend Gloucester Toyota! More

From start to finish Called on a Tuesday evening around 9pm and Keith answered the phone asked him about a certain vehicle that I had seen online gave him the stock# and h Called on a Tuesday evening around 9pm and Keith answered the phone asked him about a certain vehicle that I had seen online gave him the stock# and he said they still had it. Showed up the next morning and drove the truck and proceeded to buy the truck. Keith was very informative about the tundra and was very detailed on the purchasing of it.
