By far one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have had. Also the funniest. I like to joke around and they were quick to joke back. I reached out online and Theresa responded quickly and was very perceptiv I was very pleased with the response and service I received from Gloucester! I had a a deal worked out on a 2020 Chevy Colorado and Theresa worked and matched my deal on a fully loaded 2019 Tacoma. I was Thrilled! Couldn't get out there that day(Saturday) so I had to wait until Monday. On Monday I reached out and Anne was there to answer a few questions I had ahead of our appointment. Turns out they sold the truck I was coming out to look at, but Anne gave me the same price on a nearly identical (although had a few more features) truck. We came out, test drove and loved it. We worked with Carter at the dealership, he was great too. Easy to talk to, very perceptive to our needs. Jeff had us in and out of the Finance office (Thanks Jeff!!!) and we were on our way. Overall it took a little longer at the dealership than we'd hoped (since I had already worked the deal out online) but that's reaching for something negative to say, I would highly recommend trying to work with this dealer if you're looking for a Toyota!
