Within a few weeks of purchasing our used Toyota Camry from this dealership it was clear we'd made a mistake. We bought the car for our son to use for swim practice, and one morning, driving his "new" ca from this dealership it was clear we'd made a mistake. We bought the car for our son to use for swim practice, and one morning, driving his "new" car, he calls us from the side of the road. Turns out his radiator was leaking, which resulted from the cooling system not being serviced. Our mechanic could tell instantly that the dealership had never serviced it, and when I asked Glouscester Toyota about it, they said it was working fine so they left it, and then said I should have bought the warranty. Here's the thing, we paid a premium price for a used Toyota from a Toyota dealership where they were supposed to have made sure it was ok. Cooling system is due for a service at 60,000 miles. The mileage was 80,000 when we bought it. They chose to cut corners instead of protect their buyer. To add insult to injury, the car now stinks. Turns out they put enough freshener in the car to hide that it belonged to a heavy smoker. And, they patched at least 3 cigarette burns in the car, as the patches continue to fall out, I'm wondering how many more I'll find. If you don't want to end up on the side of the road, just weeks after purchasing you car, or if you want a car that has been properly maintained, or if you want a car that has been inspected, serviced and repaired, BUY ELSEWHERE. I called the dealership and gave them to opportunity to make this right, they chose not to do so. I hope you read this, and I hope it gives you pause, please do yourself a favor, BUY ELSEWHERE. More
