Literally the worst auto dealer experience I’ve ever had, and the worst customer service in the last 25 years. Misinformation, missed information, employees with attitudes, and blaming me for things not enti and the worst customer service in the last 25 years. Absolutely no compassion or flexibility shown even though there was a death in my immediate family. Went and met with the manager in person. Lots promised. Still await any action or apologies- and multiple employees owe us one. More
