Very Dissatisfied ! Steer Clear !! Bought what I thought was a Mint quality jaguar off that Lying xxxxxxx Sean McLaughlin 2 months ago. Instead of driving this vehicle and enjoying it, Bought what I thought was a Mint quality jaguar off that Lying xxxxxxx Sean McLaughlin 2 months ago. Instead of driving this vehicle and enjoying it, it is sitting in a body shop getting a bunch of new front end parts including a bumper and headlight! That piece of xxxx McLaughlin sold me a car that was involved in a front end collision with noticeable damage and sold it as Like New condition. After I told him about it he wouldn’t do Anything to compensate me for it ! The car couldn’t pass a state safety inspection the way it left there facility! Beware buying from this place And Sean McLaughlin !!!!!! He stuck it to me and will do the same to you!!! He is a total piece of xxxx with NO remorse!!! More

The driver side rear quarter of the car was repainted by them along with the rear bumper, also the rear glass was replaced. I asked SEAN my salesman if the car had any accidents and they showed me the carfax report that showed it was clean. Also the painted wheel are cheesy. They painted the wheel when they were still mounted on the car so the calipers and disks had paint on them also. Found out when it started making a noise and went to the BMW dealer and had to get it fix, expensive.. I was not informed of any of this! And I asked! They do a really nice polishing on the car so it looks mint, but wait until you wash it a couple of times. Next day after I bought the car the passenger side front tire started loosing air so i put air on the tire and keep getting the light on the screen' check tire' I took it to the tire shop where they showed me a 10 inch long crack the tire had..on the inside, not visible..but they know when they sold me the car because I had to put air on a daily basis before going to the tire shop. So I went ahead and call the dealer and talked to SEAN but they refused to fix, it cost me 600 to buy 2 new run flat tires. After all those problems decided to get rid of the car and went to the dealer to get the refund for the warranty. On July 15 2018 I signed the papers requesting the cancellation, 3 months later no sign of the money, went ahead and called the dealer to find out they hadn't do the paperwork required and the warranty company didn't get any cancellation requests...long story short, after so many phone calls got the last check from them... because it is them who give you the refund..the dealer..so it looks like they are waiting for you to forget so they keep the money.. I got the last check on December 4 2018. A car it's the second most important purchase you make after a house. You're going to get screwed big time. You have been warned! Go to other car reviews websites and see what people say about this dealer. Amazed is still in business. Don't fall for it. UPDATE: JANUARY 2019 After finally getting the Last check from the warranty cancellation, we deposited the check. A couple of days later got a letter from the bank stating the check had bounced, along with a 12 dollar fee. Again, went back to the dealer to speak to the owner... to only be treated disrespectfully by sean. After requesting to speak with the OWNER multiple times and being told the owner wasn't available, I requested a new check along with the refund of the 12 dollar fee.. Sean said he was going to refund me the 12 dollar fee if I took down the review. I sayd no!! and They called some guy they have there..* and told me to leave,,, Basically kicked me out! Only for requesting to speak to the owner and leaving a review of the atrocities committed at (global auto showroom) ...*(some kind of security because it looks like they are scare of customers after having so many problems.) A couple of days later got a new check. Along with the refund for the 12 dollar fee. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OVER 10 TIMES, IN THE COURSE OF 6 MONTHS, OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. Still waiting.... This dealer is a joke. No owner available to backup the dealer if something happens, or maybe the owner is in it all alone, with Sean. If you're reading this you're probably screwed already. Good luck. More

It was bad, like it was the first oil in the car. and it was 1 1/2 qrts low, also coolant at its lowest level. and ya there real helpful up until u have already bought the car then good luck. I dont think they check these cars over at all, also they said it was in a rear end accident, but now that if had time to look it over it has had work done on side also u can c where the clear coat ran in a couple spots there still bondo in very inside corner of passenger door. So then I left messages saying I feel inclined to leave a bad review so then Sean calls me saying they would pay for a synthetic blend To be put in somewhere, I know every car they sell there is supposed to have full synthetic, I know my 2015 audi s3 does, So I say something and he says O they will just do it there then, I wouldn't trust bringing my car to them afraid they would just put anything they had lying around, since he said he would put synthetic blend in my car!!!! So I decided to leave A review hopefully people read it, And double check everything!!!!!!! Also noticing alot of imperfections that they had wax on or something to hide cause after one hand wash I noticed alot more scuffs amongst other things. DON'T TRUST THEM....OR BEAU THE SALES PERSON THEY ARE HIDING THINGS FROM U. More
GM Sean McLaughlin sells overpriced warranties & is a LIAR Sean McLaughlin, Finance Manager with this business gave me the run around for over 30 days on an issue I had with my Porsche Panamera. When I spoke Sean McLaughlin, Finance Manager with this business gave me the run around for over 30 days on an issue I had with my Porsche Panamera. When I spoke with him yesterday, he claimed that he was not employed by Global Auto Showroom when I purchased the vehicle less than 1 year ago, however, his Linked In account has that he has been with the company since November 2015. Therefore he lied. Sean McLaughlin is a liar! He hung up the phone on me, then did not answer when I immediately called the dealership back. He was extremely rude to me, and he refused to tell me who the owner of the company was and/or who the legal counsel for the company is so that I can speak with someone who is not a professional liar. Sean McLaughlin told me over a 30 day period that he was looking into my warranty and situation, yet when I spoke with him yesterday, he told me he had not yet had a chance to get my file back from the 3rd party company that Global Auto Showroom sends all the files to once a customer buys a car. All he was doing was procrastinating hoping that I would stop calling in about the issue with my car. This is a poorly managed company due to how they treat customers who have spent $50,000 or more on a vehicle. The fact that this company has this guy as a GM is a bad decision and will hurt the company in the long run. Sean McLaughlin is known to up-sell warranties (at the time of purchase) when someone buys a car from them, then when an issue arises and something is needed for the warranty and claim to be submitted successfully, he will NOT back his own customer. In fact, even though one 5 year warranty costs $3500, Sean McLaughlin will say that he cannot help and he does not even have the purchaser's file anymore nor can he obtain the files nor purchase documents. Meanwhile, other well known luxury dealership will give you a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is being fixed or maintained, always keep your file should issues arise, and most importantly always treat you like a customer. Do NOT ever buy a warranty from Global Auto Showroom, if so you are wasting your money in my opinion! Sean McLaughlin knows how to charge an additional $10,000 in warranties that he knows will later give his customer problems when its time to put a claim in for the warranty. He does this because he makes money on the mere signing of a warranty but I can assure you, he will not be around when something is needed on/for/in support of the warranty claim (as in my experience). I was patient for over 30 days, calling in once per week, waiting for Sean McLaughlin to remedy the problem, but instead I got laziness from him and a lot of excuses. If Mr. Khader reads this review, please contact me directly so that we can talk about how you need to find a better GM than the unprofessional Sean McLaughlin who does NOT have integrity. During my dealings with Sean McLaughlin, he showed he is not sophisticated, he is not detailed oriented, he is not professional, he is not reliable, he does not show respect towards the customer AFTER a car is purchased, he is not thorough nor is his memory accurate. This dealership has high turnover in employees, problems with their paperwork retention, and problems assisting their customers when its time to file a claim on 1 of the high priced warranties they routinely sell and make money from. Looking back, I should have never wasted money on spending an extra $10,000+ on unneeded warranties. I now see and realize that Global Auto Showroom dealership will not assist in a claim under a warranty that they originally sold. More
Bad customer services I got my car from them and not even after a week of ownership my headlight goes out. No big deal I went to auto Zane got a new one thinking that would solve my problem. It didn’t I took the car back and they had there “master mechanic“ look at it. He said oh the lights not pushed in all the way and sent me on the way. By then time I got home it was out again! I called them and got the run around. Never got a call back for two days. Finally had time offf to take it and they blamed it on a bad light that I just got. So once again it went out! I’m now waiting again on a call back. Not to happy with all of this . More

He took time to FaceTime with me and go over the whole vehicle so I had no doubt. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and he had the transaction in process before I got there. It was the best car buying experience i’ve ever had. Great people to do business with. I would recommend them to everyone. More

Also, they were put on before the wheels cured, costing more money to clean car (and it still wouldn’t all come off) . Next, their hoddy tint was $400 to replace. Steering wheel has been cleaned with super harsh cleaner and ruined. I couldn’t tell because they had so much armor all in it when I bought it. These guys seem nice but aren’t honest from my dealings. They haven’t retured a single call. I gave them plenty of time before posting negative feedback. I’d do business elsewhere. More

I drove from Orlando to Bradenton and the car was exactly as advertised. JP took care of the sale and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The cars sell themselves with no pushy sales tactics. There were a few cosmetic items that were addressed by JP and Todd without hesitation. The price was very fair and the car is awesome. Although I came prepared with my own financing, JP was able to obtain a better rate for me with one of his preferred lenders. If you're looking for a nice car, with no pressure sales, I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Well, Global Auto Showroom changed all of that! Working with Todd the General Sales Manager, Liz and John in finance, was extremely pleasant and stress free. There was no surprises during the sale and finance cycle with my purchase of a 2014 Audi A6. The cars are priced right so there is little need to haggle over price and the trade in value for my car was fair and explained well by Todd how the car was valued in the market. Global Auto Showroom has a lot of integrity and stand behind their vehicles to ensure delivery of the car is like new condition and any problems discovered in the first day, a loaner car is provided until the issue is resolved. Todd did a great job for me coordinating a repair until my issue with my purchase was resolved and I was satisfy! If you want a positive experience in buying a car, go to Global Auto Showroom.
