The General Manager called me in to discuss my issues, which I thought was a step in the right direction. I met with the GM as well as the Director of Finance. We discussed the issues I had with regards to the salesman giving me misinformation, the Finance Manager not giving me a $1,000.00 rebate that I was entitled to and the incorrect remote start being installed. They asked what would make me happy and I said a check for $1,450.00. They offered me $500.00 splitting the rebate and $450.00 plus tax for the remote start. I did say I wanted $1,450.00, but I accepted the $981.50 and considered the case closed.

July 15, 2015: I received a call from the Director of Fianace and then spoke with the General Manager about my recant of the settlement of the issues that were at hand. They felt my update did not show them in a good light. To make it perfectly clear, I went in looking for a reimbursment of $1,450.00 to make all of the wrong doings I endured go away. They offered me a total of $981.50 which they felt was more than I was entitled to and I ageeed to except the amount and publically recant my negative comments. I now officiallyconsider the the matter closed.
