Fantastic car buying expereince Having gone to 2 other Kia dealers prior to coming to Global Auto Mall, I knew exactly what I wanted in the 2016 Sorento. Having met Ken Harris upon Having gone to 2 other Kia dealers prior to coming to Global Auto Mall, I knew exactly what I wanted in the 2016 Sorento. Having met Ken Harris upon entering the dealership in the evening on the next to last day of the month (best time to buy a car) , I was greeted by Ken who listened attentively to what I was looking for. Ken was great in listening to what I had to say and understood the features that I was looking for in a 2016 Sorento. It was a extremely pleasant buying process as Ken was swift to present his sales manager , Peter what my budget was and what I was looking to pay for my lease. Within a period of less than a half hour, Ken was able to let me know that we had a deal and would locate the Gray Sorento that they did not have in stock from another dealer. Two days later, my 2016 Gray Sorento arrived as Guy personally drove to another dealership over 60 miles away to swap another SUV for the one I leased. After examining the Sorento, I found the SUV to be spotless and well prepped for my delivery. Ken was thorough in explaining the features of the Sorento to me and even obtained the assistance of a fellow sales colleague (Abigail Smith) in resolving a technical issue after 9 PM so I would be fully knowledgeable about all the SUV's features. After finalizing the lease deal, I had a existing SUV which I sold to the dealer so I would not have to continue my lease for another 2 months. Craig, the used car manager offered me a very fair market value offer for my SUV and was instrumental in making this process a seamless, easy and enjoyable process. My sincere thanks to Ken, Abigail and Craig for making my lease of a new Sorento a wonderful and pleasant experience. More

Overall experience was satisfactory I understand that htis is a process that takes time but I still think that being there for 4+ hours is excessive.
