Really nice when it’s time to sell you a car but if you need service get ready to be totally disappointed!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE and the manager I dealt with was not only rude and made absolutely no effort to help me but then tried to scam me into paying for a rental car because it wasn’t “Kia brand!!” Took my car to another near by dealership who saved the day & GET THIS! gave me a Jeep rental at no additional cost to me!!! I will NOT be giving Global any more of my business & what a shame for them too because my fiancé and I had plans of going back and getting a Jeep Wrangler with them but there's NO WAY that’s happening now! Thank the universe this happened before it was too late! More
I cannot recommend Global enough and I’m in shock at how simple the entire process was! I had been quoted very high prices that made no sense given the amount of money I was putting down on my lease. I found Global’s site and put in an inquiry for the Kia Sportage I wanted which, by the way, came with a spare tire when all other dealerships gave only a tire repair kit. I spoke with Bonnie via text after my inquiry and she made negotiating the price unbelievably easy — other dealerships made this such a hassle. When I got to the dealership, Julio immediately greeted me, confirmed the price that Bonnie had told me, and had the car out front to look at all within minutes. I had never leased before and he was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns; he never once made me feel stupid when other dealers had seen the opportunity to repeatedly mention that I as a young woman had no idea what I was talking about (despite incredible amounts of research done to insure I wouldn’t be taken advantage of). After I decided I wanted the Sportage, Julio made the whole process pain free, easy to understand, and extremely quick. I had gone to a different dealership for my prior car, an Optima, and the purchase process took 6 hours one night and 6 hours the following day. Needless to say, I was in awe that we were only at Global for a little over two hours WITH test drive included. Sarah in the finance department assisted us with paperwork and she, too, was a joy to work with. She explained each piece of paperwork, was honest and forthcoming about the amounts displayed, and did not once pressure us into anything extra or unneeded. Again, I can’t believe how easy this was. Global is a bit of a drive from where I live but I will make sure to send anyone I know there & will 100% be a repeat customer! More
This is during covid, I set up an appointment to test drive a Hyundai palisade SEL and when I went there found out they didn't have the 8 seater I wanted. So I asked if I could still drive it and the sales guy wanted me to commit to put a deposit down to test drive another one because they didn't want to run up the miles on a car I might not buy. Although I haven't bought a car in 20 years i thought car salespersons (heck any sales person) would have wanted to help the customer out, but not this bunch. What really had me peeved was us taking the risk to go out there with masks etc. if you care about a customer running up 2 miles in your car, please do your customer a favor and don't invite them in for a test drive! More

Though it was a little frustrating at the time the staff were very understanding, supportive and valued my time during the whole process. They reassured me they would do whatever it takes to rectify the situation and complete the task. They did indeed accomplished that and more! Special thanks to Angelica for her friendly assistance and coordinating the process so expeditiously. She definitely gets things done smoothly and correctly! A pleasure to work with! I’d like to start off by stating that buying a car as a woman can be a little intimidating. I had not so nice experiences at other dealerships and this unfortunately left me on guard. When I returned to the dealership to find him I was stoked and as expected I was able to get myself in a new car at a deal I consider fair without hassle. I’m in sales management myself and Chris really is top notch, I simply cannot state that enough. From getting you the deal you need, setting time expectations and even follow up after you’ve left to make sure you’re satisfied... he covers the bases. Here’s to hoping he’s still there’s in 2022 when I am due for another because as long as he is, I plan on coming back for JEEP number 3! More
