Problem Solved I recently wrote a negative review on my last visit to the dealer to get my oil changed. At that time I was advised that I did not have an oil change I recently wrote a negative review on my last visit to the dealer to get my oil changed. At that time I was advised that I did not have an oil change plan and was was misinformed on an environmental plan that was part of my lease deal. Upon hearing my grievances, the Sales Manager Tom reached out to me and listened to my complaints and concerns. He was apologetic and understanding to my needs. I'm happy to report that as promised I recieveed the paperwork that I requested. Thank you Tom for your understanding, you exceeded my expectations and I am greatfull that you took the time to listen to my needs! More

Buying my first car - Hyundai Elantra Just bought my first car Hyundai Elantra from Global Auto Mall. Gem of a person who made whole experience a cake walk. Was honest, explained features (technicality) very well and gave ample time. Wish his manager was half the nice guy as Guy. At one point, we thought of leaving the place because of the way his manager behaved with us. But stuck to the deal due to Guy. Thank you Guy! More

Then drove to Global and was met by a salesman named Guy he was the nicest salesman I ever met in any field but not salesman phony nice a real genuine nice guy. He was super patient with me sometime picky wife and made her feel real comfortable. Then deal time Mike the manager worked with our but back and forth until we struck what I think was a great deal. Mike to treated us like friends. Then after we bought Guy sat for 45 min in car showing us features we never would of figured out. The moral of story Great Place Great people More
