Pathetic sales/service department When we walked in to buy the car, we were told vehicle wheel locks will be installed at employee pricing. After buying the vehicle, we were told to bu When we walked in to buy the car, we were told vehicle wheel locks will be installed at employee pricing. After buying the vehicle, we were told to buy them outside and have it installed. Was not told that service fee will be additional if wheel locks are installed. Was not provided purchase order which I need to seek financial loan outside . Had to visit the dealer multiple times to have it provided . Overall the experience is not great. Would definitely not recommend buying vehicle with this dealer. More

ONE HAPPY OWNER !!! After much shopping around at other dealerships for various maker of cars.I decided to look into Costco's Auto Plan. Their recommendation was Global A After much shopping around at other dealerships for various maker of cars.I decided to look into Costco's Auto Plan. Their recommendation was Global Automal. .I was persued by their internet sales rep "Crystal". After a conversation with Crystal I said that I was seriously looking at a Kia Sorennto. When I arrived at the Dealership I was greated by Antoine Gratz who asked what I was interested in seeing. I explained how I had been shopping around and knew EXACTLY what I had wanted. Without any pressure he set out to accommodate my wishes. The dealership did not have the EXACT car on the lot AND ANTOINE DID NOT PUSH another vehicle on me. He was true to his word and said he would do his best to find the EXACT car. HE SUCCESSFULLY FOUND ONE in Baltimore and drove there to swap out a car for the one I had desired. His dedicated salesmanship was an experience I will never forget. I can not praise his salesmanship enough... he surely went above and beyond my expectations. I can proudly say that I am a Happy owner of a Kia Sorrento and thank Antoine for making my wishes come true. Hat's off to Global for making an outstanding Salesman available to future Kia owners !!!
