Amazing! I've gone to at least 5 Jeep dealers in 1 week and they were all trying to pull a fast one, it was awful. My friend recommended Ken Harris at this dealer, so I came into Global Auto Mall just curious as to what we could work out and I left there completely amazed and 1000% satisfied! I walked out of there with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and had the best car buying experience ever! Ken Harris was nothing less than phenomenal, patient and sooooo helpful!! Us women aren't easy to work with, but all of my expectations were met and even until this day I still keep in contact with him and can go to him for ANYTHING I need regarding my purchase! Ken Harris is THE GUY!!!!! I honestly wish I would have dealt with him years ago when I made my first buy. Thank you Ken!!! More

Vinny quickly approached my brother and I, and immediately began assessing my wants and needs when it came to what I was looking for. Within the hour, Vinny and the manager on staff (I apologize, I can't recall his name) had worked their magic and offered me such an amazing deal on the exact vehicle that i wanted, that I couldn't help but go against my initial plan and I accepted the offer and left that night with my brand new Sonata Sport. They even stayed after closing to ensure that I could leave with the vehicle that night. Vinny was so great that i brought my mother in 5 days later to lease her new vehicle with him, I will definitely be doing business with him in the future. Thanks Vinny! More
