This was not my best dealer experience. Ive purchased three cars from global. Last time wasn’t so great but this one was really bad. To start the sales person Mainor never explained any features of the n three cars from global. Last time wasn’t so great but this one was really bad. To start the sales person Mainor never explained any features of the new car. He just handed me the keys and told me take the car for a test drive. Go wherever you want. When i asked a specific question he didn’t know the answer and he got a print out and handed me it and told me i could read it. His manager Vincent told me my car had blulink, so i could remote start my car and other things. It did not so after a week of contacting Mainor and Vincent and not getting any help besides Mainor telling me i was signed up for blulink when I wasn’t, i did the surveys online. After doing the survey and not giving them the score they wanted I received a call not even five minutes after submitting the review from Vincent. Mind you he wouldn’t return an email. He proceeded to tell me there was a miscommunication and offered me a remote starter as long as I’d go online and give them 5 stars. After the remote start was in i was playing phone tag again trying to get a work order for what was done. I was told by Vincent that there was no work order and he refused to get one. The only person who was helpful was John in parts who customer service transferred me to and he got thee message to Dario who was the other person to help. Dario got me proof of the work that was done. After all this i will not be going back here for any purchases ever again. More

Do not use this dealership. They will lie to your face until the deal is done and then abandon you with their abysmal customer service. Went in to terminate an existing lease with another dealership and e until the deal is done and then abandon you with their abysmal customer service. Went in to terminate an existing lease with another dealership and enter into a new lease for a Hyundai. This transaction includes many fees and the understanding was that our agreement would cover all fees associated with the lease termination at the prior dealership. 4 months later, we got a bill for fees associated with the old car. The prior dealership had already spoken to Hyundai auto mall and hashed out an understanding (btw themselves) that they are not responsible. They did not notify their “valued customer” and we were then Harassed by the prior dealership. Went to Hyundai to see if we could figure it out and we were met with the same old car dealership lines and back and forth btw sales and finance. Essentially “we lied to you and played our classic dealership games, now you are left holding the bag.” Look elsewhere if you want any sort of acceptable customer service More
Went to get a diagnostic done on grandma's 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, the window is broken along with several other issues. Tried explaining this to staff multiple times, was cursed at since "I don't know what Santa Fe, the window is broken along with several other issues. Could hear them just fine, wonder if they would treat someone with mutism, hearing issues, extreme autism or similar disability with such attitude? How about my 86 year old grandmother who can't yell if her life depended on it and was terrified at the prospect of going to the dealership for a diagnostic? Stay classy, your company is all smoke and mirrors, run by parasites. Guy at TacoBell herd me just fine through that same window BTW. More
