they service sucks. I got my vehicle back the last time days before the lemon law would have kicked in. I've been trying to speak to the service manager for over a month now sent to emails of my issue and dozens of call. he's either busy or not in. lies. lies lies. what's wrong with the least bit of communication to you customers. I sure didn't have any problem reaching anyone when it was time to make my purchase. now I'm just a nobody. well this won't be a repeat customer until they bend over backwards for me. More
Worst dealership ever. If I could give them a zero rating I would. 1) It took over a year to install my tow hitch. I had to call for updates over the course of a year while waiting for the parts/service since the dealer never followed up with me. 2) The 2nd time I got my oil changed they didn't install the oil cap back on. As a result I had oil all over the engine and a cracked radiator cover (since the cap was rested on the cover and hood slammed closed over top) 3) When they picked up my car to fix the oil/radiator cover issue they cracked my windshield and tried to return the car to me as though nothing was wrong. 4) When the radiator cover and oil problem were fixed they removed pop rivets from the plastic cover on both front wheel wells and didn't replace them (I am still waiting for them to fix this) Overall this is a terrible dealership that has zero value or respect for their customers. They do not call you back or answer the phone EVER! If you bring your car in for service YOU should do a full inspection of your car afterwards (They will not) They will not and rest assured you will find something wrong or not replaced upon investigation. More

I got upfront, fair treatment at Global, working with Jhon P for the initial visit/real test drive and ultimately Randy for the actual sale. I write as a first time new car buyer from any dealership, Jhon P for the initial visit/real test drive and ultimately Randy for the actual sale. I write as a first time new car buyer from any dealership, so this experience was definitely going to be the trend setter. I went in guard-up, ready for what I researched would be "watch-outs," i.e., adding on of fees, being directed to another vehicle, etc. Perhaps it was because of the low inventory, but the online offer I made was accepted as is, the only "add-ons" we NJ sales tax and tag/title which was pretty close to what I estimated it to be before I walked in. The actual sales execution was relatively painless--it would've been quicker if it weren't for my insurance company taking longer than expected to complete. I walked in with my offer printout, but they already had a copy. A little paperwork, a quick chat with the finance guy and we were set. Randy took us out and showed us some of the major features of our new purchase (Santa Fe PHEV), and we were all set. Total time spent, including the being on hold with insurance for 27 minutes (and about 10 minutes of actual getting the needed info) was about 2 hours. I don't anticipate being a new car buyer for a while, but here are my tl;dr takeaways if anyone read this far: - Overall experience with sales staff was cordial/professional - Dealership was well-maintained and let me actually test drive the vehicle on the highway (none of that "you can drive around the lot" nonsense) - Smooth buying process - Honest/upfront about details Would recommend/use them again. More
