I got upfront, fair treatment at Global, working with Jhon P for the initial visit/real test drive and ultimately Randy for the actual sale. I write as a first time new car buyer from any dealership, so this experience was definitely going to be the trend setter. I went in guard-up, ready for what I researched would be "watch-outs," i.e., adding on of fees, being directed to another vehicle, etc. Perhaps it was because of the low inventory, but the online offer I made was accepted as is, the only "add-ons" we NJ sales tax and tag/title which was pretty close to what I estimated it to be before I walked in. The actual sales execution was relatively painless--it would've been quicker if it weren't for my insurance company taking longer than expected to complete. I walked in with my offer printout, but they already had a copy. A little paperwork, a quick chat with the finance guy and we were set. Randy took us out and showed us some of the major features of our new purchase (Santa Fe PHEV), and we were all set. Total time spent, including the being on hold with insurance for 27 minutes (and about 10 minutes of actual getting the needed info) was about 2 hours. I don't anticipate being a new car buyer for a while, but here are my tl;dr takeaways if anyone read this far: - Overall experience with sales staff was cordial/professional - Dealership was well-maintained and let me actually test drive the vehicle on the highway (none of that "you can drive around the lot" nonsense) - Smooth buying process - Honest/upfront about details Would recommend/use them again. Global auto mall. Is the best dealership that I have ever done business with. There prices are perfect. My salesman Elvio Esteban is the man you want to see. He is a great guy. Those are all very important to me, especially being a woman coming to a dealership alone and considering the shortage in global auto inventory. I'd had Elvio Esteban as my salesperson and I am so glad that was the case. He was an awesome resource for me! Tracy Lambert is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. she goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met in a timely fashion and that my vehicle is properly maintained. Worst service in the area, service manager is dishonest. Brought my car in for a paint warranty issue and spoke directly with service Manager Jim, who advised me to file a claim with Hyundai. Apparently Jim lied about the info which caused the claim to be denied based on false information. Jim seems helpful at first, but it's obvious he has no intention of helping and totally made a fool out of me. I also noticed the rest of the employees are rude and have terrible attitudes. Stay clear of this place for service unless you like being taking advantage of. More

Gave me a complete run down on all my options and Global's promotional deals which was extremely helpful on determining which vehicle to purchase. In less than 15mins. I was immediately convinced and made my purchase. Elvio Esteban thanked me for my service for being a military veteran and also a member of law enforcement. He gave me a tour of the facility to show me where to conduct my future oil change. I am very satisfied customer so much that I will return this week to possibly make and addition purchase on the telluride for myself instead of my wife. . More
