Jeff, I answered the questions accurately base on my experience. Like i explained to you, during the incident both on the vehicle and the issue with the finance manager , there is no price /discount amount that will erase that purchase experience. I am not looking for any further discount or incentive from your dealership. I just want the truth to be documented. I truly believe that i was unlucky in the car buying process but definitely some of the players involved should have been more professional in the way the handled the situation.
