He called me as a follow-up and again inquired as to any questions I may have had regarding my new Kona. I was very satisfied with his assistance and follow up. I rate him five stars all around. In 25 years of buying over a dozen cars, my experience at global Kia was the worst I have ever had by a wide margin. The sales staff is dishonest and will not give you a quote on the car that you want to buy global Kia was the worst I have ever had by a wide margin. The sales staff is dishonest and will not give you a quote on the car that you want to buy despite being repeatedly asked for it. They will instead harass you on some sort of budget or payment plan. I cannot overstate how important it is to stay away from these people. More

The worst place ever for service - want to blame everything on "new ownership"! That does not explain the pitiful communication and service provided to customers! Brought my van in to be looked at b everything on "new ownership"! That does not explain the pitiful communication and service provided to customers! Brought my van in to be looked at because the fan would not turn off and after the 2nd time it was brought in they finally found the problem and needed to order the part. On Wednesday, you told me that the warranty does not cover it and the part should be in by the following Monday or Tuesday. I sent a message about the extra service plan we had purchased when we got the car - no response! I called and left a message - no response. Still no update the following Wednesday, so I left another message that I needed the van back by Thursday night - no response! I called again on Thursday and left a voicemail - no response! I show up at the dealership just to be told that the part was "just ordered"...9 nine days after I left it there! No viable/acceptable solution as "we do not have any loner vehicles". And they act surprised that I am getting upset with the situation! More
