I must say that I am Very Satisfied, The Sales associate was very detailed with providing all the information on the vehicles and the price was just right. As a AAA member, I was able to simplify the car-buying experience by going through AAA's auto buying program. I configured the exact car I was looking for, and was provided with three no-haggle price quot experience by going through AAA's auto buying program. I configured the exact car I was looking for, and was provided with three no-haggle price quotes from three different dealers, one of which was Global Hyundai. A short time later, I received an email and a phone call from Alan Davis, one of Global's salespeople in their Internet department. Alan was very pleasant to deal with and set me up with an appointment to come in for a test drive at a day and time that was convenient to me. When I got to Global I was greeted by Ken Schwarz, who went and got Alan for me. Alan explained that I would be working with Ken, which was fine. Kenny was able to answer my questions thoroughly - this guy knows his stuff! He showed me a large selection of Sonatas, one of which just HAPPENED to be the exact color and configuration I was looking for! Everyone at the dealership was super-friendly and helpful, and I was able to drive off their lot the same day with my brand-new Hyundai Sonata! More

I recently purchased my fourth vehicle from Global Auto Mall, previously two Jeeps and one Hyundai. My most current was a second Hyundai. The price was great but more importantly was the terrific courtes Mall, previously two Jeeps and one Hyundai. My most current was a second Hyundai. The price was great but more importantly was the terrific courtesy and attention I received from Kelvin and Pete his manager. Though this was the best deal around anyway, sometimes a car dealership is about more than just price. Global has it all; five great new car brands with a large inventory, many pre-owned vehicles, a knowledgeable and polite sales staff, a beautiful showroom and a super service department. For anyone looking for a new or used car, I recommend going to Global and not even considering another dealer! More

This dealer provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you're considering buying a Hyundaii, I recomemnd you not buy it here. I didn't have a good feeling when we bought the car, and with each trip to the service dept. I felt worse. Within a year of the purchase we had to replace the washer fluid motor, window motor, transmission, on board computer. In the second year we had to have this computer reset multiple times, had the sunroof replaced, and the gasline replaced!!! All this and not one appology from the dealer. It was a terrible experience and I will never buy another Hyundaii because of it. More
SCAMMERS! I explained to salesman what I needed and SCAMMERS! I explained to salesman what I needed and my financial situation; along with his co-worker (manager) reduced price of car to allegedly accommodate my desired monthly payments at a certain interest rate. I later find out that even if I had PERFECT credit, the rate they promised me does not exist. They quoted me an interest rate more than 3 times that amount and slowly inched down to almost the originally promised rate, but only after they jacked up the price of the car (throwing in additional insurance and coverage) which I did not want, but their bottom line would increase where they were losing in reduced interest. Initially allowed to drive away with car while they obtained financing. I subsequently called to inquire about interest rate prior to returning to dealership and no one wanted to answer my question, alleging that it was against the law to discuss financing on the phone (throwing around phrases and words like "patriot act" "court of law"). I kepy insisting for an answer at which point General Manager ED RUBINO, demanded I return "his car" or he would report it stolen. Later with the Finance Manager, as I asked questions and inquired about the originally promised rate he asked me if I had something in writing or prove it....!!!! Also, rude and nasty. THEY GET IN YOUR FACE, TALK LOUD AND LIE! IF YOU HAVE TO BUY A CAR, DON'T GO TO HERE!!! See if someone else will appreciate your business. More

I had asked for Jason, my previous salesman only to find that he had been promoted to the Hyundai manager position, a salesman, Terrence began to show me the cars and we took one for a drive. I had done my homework and had a good idea of the deals available. As we spoke the total deal kept getting better for my trade also. Their starting price was lower than some others final price! I told them that my wife would have to see the car, made that mistake once not again; they prepped a 2010 Elantra and gave it to me to take home and show the wife. They even discounted and removed some of the “Built In” dealer costs I had paid with other dealers! They took my word for the condition of my trade and did the deal sight unseen, it was like new as I said. Bottom line: GREAT PRICE, PROFESSIONAL SALESMANSHIP, COURTESY, NO HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS, and FLAWLESS DELIVERY. I do my own maintenance and my 2008 Sonata has not needed any service so I did not rate those categories. More
The only good thing about my sales experience here was the price. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. The SALESPERSON listened to what I wanted and claimed that he understood my requirement and that he will explain it to the financer. I got the keys for the vehicle and drove it with the assurance that I will be contacted for completing the financing paperwork in a couple of days. I was called and when I reached there and waited for 1 hour I was told the papers were not ready to be signed. I was told I will have to come again ... 2 TRIPS ... I was called again in a couple of days and we finally met the FINANCER. He explained to me how the financing has been worked out and it was no where near what I had explained the salesperson. Later the salesperson squarely put the blame on me and said that was the way I had explained. So what's next ... we have to work with the bank again and we will call you in another couple of days ... 3 TRIPS ... And now the SALES MANAGER gets involved the most rude salesperson I have ever seen ... he emails me saying the paperwork is ready and asked me to come down the same day. Inspite of prior committments I agreed to stop by and requested the sales manager that I will need to leave at a specific time and he promised that the paperwork will be completed in time. I reach there at the promised time ... for the 4th TIME ... and wait there for 1 hour until its too late as I have to leave by now and stop by the manager to tell him I waited long enough I will be back again as I have to leave. The SALES MANGER started shouting at me at the top of his voice and arguing with me and even threatening me. I did not want to get into an argument and I decided to cancel my important commitment and waited another another 1 hour or so to get it over with. The sales team has no courtesy, no respect for customer's time and is arrogant... did I say it is a sales team??? 1 week later ... I received several letters of denial of credit from various banks... apparently the financer had applied at so many banks without my knowledge ... hopefully it does not affect my credit score. More
