Since I moved around a lot, I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of buying cars in many different states. I must say though, Global Auto Mall is up there for one of the best. You really notice the small di pleasure of buying cars in many different states. I must say though, Global Auto Mall is up there for one of the best. You really notice the small differences once you’ve been to a bunch of different dealerships. I usually buy pre-owned vehicles since I put a lot of mileage and wear and tear on my cars. Unlike other dealerships I have been to, I wasn’t treated like a ‘second-class’ car buyer just because I was looking for a pre-owned. Global took the time to help me find the car that was the perfect fit for me. Instead of letting me wander around their pre-owned lot by myself, a salesman personally showed me the vehicles in my price range. Even though I test drove at least four different vehicles, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. And speaking of my price range, I was amazed on the car I was able to buy. I mean the car was practically new. And it looked amazing and drove even better. I was very pleased. It is good to know that you can be a second owner, even though it looks like you’re the first person to ever own the car. I hope I remain in this area for a little while longer because I will definitely go back to Global. They are everything you could possibly want from a car dealership. And with the experiences I had at other places, that is saying a lot. More

I have a new kia and had my first service @ Global. My bluetooth option was inoperable after the 2nd week of owning the car. They said I needed a radio replacement and ordered it. I asked if they had also bluetooth option was inoperable after the 2nd week of owning the car. They said I needed a radio replacement and ordered it. I asked if they had also done the recall work that I had been notified was outstanding and they had not but noted it for the return visit. It took me 6 phone calls to ensure that the radio part was still there and that the repairperson who could handle this matter would be there on a Saturday (I was told only one person did this work). I returned, driving an hour to get there at the appointed time. I was told it would take 1.5 hours to do the work plus the time to do the recall work, which would be slight but mandated once they knew a recall was in existence. I left a phone number asking for a call as soon as they were done as I had a 3 hour drive ahead and wanted to leave asap. No one called me so I rang and received a call back. I was told that the blue tooth could not be fixed because my blackberry was incompatible. I didn't believe that for a minute but drove to get my car. Upon arrival, I asked if the recall work (that I had been told they "MUST" do once notified) had been done. It had not. When I asked for my car, it took 10 minutes to bring it from a far lot. I then asked if my car had been worked on at all and it had not. I immediately called the dealer that sold me the car and inquired if blackberry was compatible and it is. THEREFORE, IT WAS CLEAR THAT THIS DEALERSHIP LIED TO ME IN ORDER NOT TO HAVE TO WORK ON MY CAR, PRESUMABLY BECAUSE WARRANTY WORK PROBABLY PAYS THEM LESS THEN OTHER WORK AND THEY JUST DIDN'T FEEL LIKE DOING IT. I left a msg with the sales manager to this effect and he called me the next day and confirmed that no one ever touched my car and that I had been lied to. I would recommend steering clear of this service center. More
Today I returned a leased Kia Sportage, requiring a 9am appointment, for which I was early. Huey Hines was very late, never apologised, took his good natured time processing my return of vehicle. Global appointment, for which I was early. Huey Hines was very late, never apologised, took his good natured time processing my return of vehicle. Global Auto Mall staff is nothing if not apathetic, not understanding who pays their salaries. I had issues with the alarm on the Kia going off sporadically which took the Service Dept. many visits to solve; refused me a loaner car for my trouble, as it required an overnight stay. When we originally leased the Kia Sportage, they let us drive away with the gas gauge on Empty. They have about 70 people standing around performing the work of 7, and in this economy! The car was inspected by the lessor in my driveway and deemed perfect for return on 2/25/11, yet returned on 3-24-11, not inspected before I left, and left by Hines in an unattended/unprotected parking lot, where a meteor could fall on it and I could be held accountable! I could continue but I'm tired of reliving this transaction. More
Very unprofessional dealership. These are the guys who give car dealers bad names. Great in terms of providing fast online quotations, availability of vehicles to test drive, etc. When it comes time to p give car dealers bad names. Great in terms of providing fast online quotations, availability of vehicles to test drive, etc. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle, things change. Tried these guys recently based upon their large availability of vehicles and pricing as well as the information they were able to provide via e-mail. Sat down with them ready to purchase a vehicle with their "firm" quoted price that they guarantee is their price and the fun begins. Now we find that the "firm" quoted price is an error. Imagine that! Then we deal with the "high pressure" stuff. I love this stuff. "Aren't you going to take a vehicle tonight?" "No - on the phone we made plans to sign all the papers tonight and pick up the vehicle in a couple days, once it is prepped and optional equipment is installed that we discussed. Remember - we talked about this on the phone a couple hours ago?" Then you get asked if you are serious about making a purchase. How do you answer that? Do many people waste time researching a vehicle purchase to then sit down at the dealer (deposit in hand), ready to sign the contract (at the agreed upon "firm" price)only to pull out at the last second to waste a dealership's time? I don't think so. After an hour of salesman / sales manager private meetings (of course you can't be a part of this; this has to take place in private), out emerges the the salesperson with what they can really do for you (a much higher price). I only humored the process and wasted the additional hour because I already had invested time here. Would have almost preferred to give them the deal just to be done with the process. I guess they are banking on this. The new price in reality was a decent price, not the best you could find, not the worst. I don't car shop strictly by price. It is a key element, obviously, but so is location of dealership, professionalism of staff, availability of service and things like that. I walked away from this one (salesman running to the manager). Not my way of doing business. Don't like being treated like I am a fool (I'm really not one). Got an online quote the next day at a different dealer. Followed the online quote with a phone call to salesman, a test drive thirty minutes later and a deal about an hour later. Will pick up vehicle in a few days at my convenience. No hassles, fair price - treated like a human. Feel free to try Global if you like games. For me - I think I'll take my business elsewhere. More

The sales representative was not honest at all. He went back and forth with the offer that he provided and gave me the wrong information. I must say that I am Very Satisfied, The Sales associate was very detailed with providing all the information on the vehicles and the price was just right. The young Lady from the internet sales department was very detailed with providing all the information on the vehicles and the price was just right. The young Lady from the internet sales department scheduled a time for me to test drive a few vehicles and I must admit, I was amazed she lead me in the right direction on what my teenager would want. The entire dealership was very friendly and helpful. More
As a AAA member, I was able to simplify the car-buying experience by going through AAA's auto buying program. I configured the exact car I was looking for, and was provided with three no-haggle price quot experience by going through AAA's auto buying program. I configured the exact car I was looking for, and was provided with three no-haggle price quotes from three different dealers, one of which was Global Hyundai. A short time later, I received an email and a phone call from Alan Davis, one of Global's salespeople in their Internet department. Alan was very pleasant to deal with and set me up with an appointment to come in for a test drive at a day and time that was convenient to me. When I got to Global I was greeted by Ken Schwarz, who went and got Alan for me. Alan explained that I would be working with Ken, which was fine. Kenny was able to answer my questions thoroughly - this guy knows his stuff! He showed me a large selection of Sonatas, one of which just HAPPENED to be the exact color and configuration I was looking for! Everyone at the dealership was super-friendly and helpful, and I was able to drive off their lot the same day with my brand-new Hyundai Sonata! More
