Fausto provided me with a thorough overview on my new car(Elantra) from the layout of the dashboard, down to the operation/setup of the hands-free telephone. I can without hesitation recommend Global Auto Mall, and in particular Fausto Ariza, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I am looking for a used Chrysler 300 and saw the dealer had one that I liked. I called first to see if it was available and spoke with Robinson, who advised it was. I told him I would be coming to look at it in the afternoon. The dealership was further away from my home than I thought, so it took a little longer to get there. While about 5 minutes away, Robinson called my home again. My son was home and called me on my cell and I told him to tell him we would be there momentarily. When we arrived another salemen asked if he could help us, and I said we were looking for Robinson - he sort of made a smirky smile and pointed him out to us. He was somewhat busy with another customer. When he was free I introduced myself and he said he needed a few minutes to get the car, which was in the back. After waiting for a few minutes, the salesman who asked us if we wanted help (I don't remember his name) came over and told me he would be helping us (and Robinson) and that the owner's daughter had the car as a demo, but she lived up the hill and they would contact her to bring the car in. After several minutes later, this same salesman came to us and said the owners daughter was somewhere else in the state. I looked at him and asked if this was a joke, he didn't answer. He never said he was sorry or that there was a mix-up - nothing. We turned and walked away. The fact that I called ahead and was told the car was there is either a lie or a somewhat diseptive practice for getting people to come to the dealer. But THE must upsetting part of this bad experience is the salesman who seemed not to care at all. More
I purchased my car in the beginning of this year. This is my first service visit - oil change. Mr. Tom Nesbitt was very nice and helpful. The guys in the service dept were nice and courteous. Thsy even noticed that I had a brake light out and replaced it. They provided a shuttle ride home because I could not wait while the car was being services.
