Took my Jeep Patriot for its first service. The service dept at Global Auto is excellent! From walk in to walk out, everyone at Global (especially Greg Terracciaono, my Service Consultant) was courteous, dept at Global Auto is excellent! On top of my standard service, I got a free car wash and a vacuum - how can you beat that? And if that's not enough, I was in and out quickly - I didn't have to sit the entire morning out. 5 Stars in my book! More

Global Auto Mall on Route 22 West in North Plainfield New Jersey in my opinion is THE ONLY place to purchase a New Car! The staff helpful & friendly from the custodian to the general Manager! I purchased my New Hyundai here and instead of "Bracing for Impact" I was pleasntly surprised..I actually paid less & received more than my "Buddies" that went to that other guy selling Hyundai's in New Jersey! A week after my purchase I brought my step-son & leased a Sonata 2.0 Turbo at a price he could afford! They are all wonderful & I highly recommend them......Tell them "JOE" sent you! I have purchased 2 cars from Francisco Chaparro (Hyundai Elantra and Jeep Commander) and he has been great. The staff was very friendly and hearing to them deal with other customers - i found them to be very sympathetic and did there best to work with people. The waiting area for service is nice and refreshment other customers - i found them to be very sympathetic and did there best to work with people. The waiting area for service is nice and refreshments where offered. I also liked that a complimentary car wash was offered and given - i was planning on getting a washed and they saved me $12. I purchased the extended maintenance on my car so the best part was signing the bill and having a $0 bottom line. A positive experience all around from purchasing my car to my first oil change. This is the second car we have purchased from Global and will defiantly be going back when in need of another car. More

A very positive experience. Debra was very nice to meet first thing on a Saturday morning. Very friendly, funny and a great personality which is needed for a service area.
