Regarding my recent service interval, I am very pleased with the consideration I received from Greg Terracciano and treatment from the entire Service Department staff. When my husband and I walked into your dealership, we were expecting to lease our Grand Cherokee Laredo for the $268/month rate that we still see in your ads. Instead, we ended up with a $415/month lease rate even after putting a respectable amount of money down. I also want to make known that we should have qualified for the Chrysler loyalty discount after having purchased a Plymouth Voyager LE mini-van and leased a Dodge Caravan in the past, but I believe these factors were compltely ingnored. Bottom Line: I am very pleased with the Service Department personnel, but very displeased with Sales as I feel as though I have been cheated each month when another lease payment is due.
