Our experience at Global Auto was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional,friendly and helpful. In all honesty, I wish to strictly base this rating on Mr. William Terrell & Kenny from Finance because they are solely responsible for me purchasing my 2010 Chrysler 300. They were extremely professional and put me at ease as they walked me thru the steps. They went as so far as staying late (past working hours-on Father's Day) to make sure that everything was handled properly. If it wasn't for their dedication I most likely would have walked away because as I entered the dealership I did pass up several sales reps but no one seemed eager enough or even interested in helping me. In the future, I would definitely recommend my family & friends to the dealership ONLY if these two gentlemen are still employed there. A company is only as good as its staff...and Mr. William Terrell & Kenny are and I am sure will continue to be an asset to Global Auto Mall. More

Antoine Gratz and Cirillo (don't recall last name) in finance department did a superb job of selling the 2012 Hyundai Sonata. From the first time I met Greg Terracciano, at my first service appointment, he was very professional and friendly and I knew I wanted him to be my service advisor from that point on. From the first service appointment, to my last one on June 22, 2011, Greg took care of me like I was the most important customer in the world. He makes me feel comfortable and goes out of his way to make sure I am well taken cared of. After dealing with Greg for over 4 years, I feel like he is a dear friend of mine that I look forward to seeing when I come in for service. The whole staff at the service department are friendly and professional and I can not see myself going anywhere else for service for my vehicle. The prices are good and all the work performed on my vehicle, up to now, was done very efficiently and in a timely manner. I am a very satisfied customer of Global Automall, and plan on being just that for quite a while! More
