I spoke to Samantha several times that day before I arrived at the Dealership. She did assure me that I would definately get a car. I arrived at the dealership, Samantha greeted us, introduced us to Ju arrived at the Dealership. She did assure me that I would definately get a car. I arrived at the dealership, Samantha greeted us, introduced us to Jude and he continued the paperwork. Samantha came over several times to make sure everything was good and we were comfortable. We waited about 45 minutes and they told us all was good. From that point everything went very smoothly, so we thought. All the paperwork was signed, the lease papers for the Genesis, they took my 2006 Mitsubishi, had me get insurance on the new car, had me turn in my plates on the old car, etc....Well what happened next is totally absurd. Never heard of this. One week later, I get a call from Global Auto, Tony Izzo and Jude, the loan was not approved. OMG, how can that be. After all the papers are signed, plates returned, insurance obtained, I don't understand. Tony says, let me see what we can do. They then call me and tell me ok all is good, come down and resign the lease papers through a different bank and bring a co-signer. I go back with my co-signer , whom by the way I didn't need for the first set of papers I signed, and what do they do at Global, they took it uon themselves to put the co-signer first and me second. Not acceptable to me. I the ask for my keys for the trade in vehicle I gave them, gave them back the keys for the new car and walked out and drove home with no plates, no insurance , no nothing on my trade in car. First I was approved through Hyundai, then I was approved through PNC, then they don't remember the name of the bank. Something not on the up and up at this dealership. Very shady. What were they trying to do?? Well to make things even more interesting, I get a call from Hyundai Finance, welcoming me into their family. So what is the deal here at this dealership. They lie, that is the bottom line. Liars, Liars etc..... I can go on and on, but be really careful before you go to this dealership!!!! Annmarie & Joseph Manzella More
This was by far the easiest transaction to complete. The Dealership has a very friendly and helpful staff. I walked in not knowing if I would be able to afford a new car. He let me try different vehicles and was very patient as I made my choice and made sure that I was comfortable with the payments. Also helpful was Jason, the Sales Manager. I purchased a vehicle approximately a year ago from Global, and was not happy with that purchase. I attempted several times to be placed in a different vehicle, to no avail. So this one day, a few wee Global, and was not happy with that purchase. I attempted several times to be placed in a different vehicle, to no avail. So this one day, a few weeks ago, I brought that vehicle in for an oil change. In talking with the service person, I explained my dissatisfaction with this vehicle, and what could I do to be put in another vehicle. The service person called Mr. Terrell. I was escorted to his desk. I explained my whole situation and prior experience with Global to Mr. Terrell. He was very concerned, attentive and apologetic. There were a few questions asked, a little paperwork, and in no time I was leaving with the car that I originally wanted. I can't begin to tell you how happy and excited I was. Mr. Terrell made me regain my faith in Global. My thought is I've been paying for a vehicle for about a year that I didn't like. The car note doesn't seem so bad when it's a car that you really love.
