This was by far the easiest transaction to complete. The Dealership has a very friendly and helpful staff. I walked in not knowing if I would be able to afford a new car. He let me try different vehicles and was very patient as I made my choice and made sure that I was comfortable with the payments. Also helpful was Jason, the Sales Manager. I purchased a vehicle approximately a year ago from Global, and was not happy with that purchase. I attempted several times to be placed in a different vehicle, to no avail. So this one day, a few wee Global, and was not happy with that purchase. I attempted several times to be placed in a different vehicle, to no avail. So this one day, a few weeks ago, I brought that vehicle in for an oil change. In talking with the service person, I explained my dissatisfaction with this vehicle, and what could I do to be put in another vehicle. The service person called Mr. Terrell. I was escorted to his desk. I explained my whole situation and prior experience with Global to Mr. Terrell. He was very concerned, attentive and apologetic. There were a few questions asked, a little paperwork, and in no time I was leaving with the car that I originally wanted. I can't begin to tell you how happy and excited I was. Mr. Terrell made me regain my faith in Global. My thought is I've been paying for a vehicle for about a year that I didn't like. The car note doesn't seem so bad when it's a car that you really love. My husband and I leased a new Hyundai, Elantra this past month at Global Auto Mall. This is our 6th vehicle that we have acquired through Global. Over 20 years ago we found them. At that time, we were de month at Global Auto Mall. This is our 6th vehicle that we have acquired through Global. Over 20 years ago we found them. At that time, we were delighted because they gave us the best deal and were not pushy. As time has gone on they continue to get better and better. We decided after the second purchase that we would no longer waste our time shopping around with dealerships because we knew we were in the best hands with Global and as I stated it just gets better each time we go back. The sales department is great. (So is the Service Department.) We went to Global on July 4th (and they were open for business) and our salesperson, Doug Shendell, was busy so we spoke to Kelvin Pitts and told him we were looking to lease a new Elantra and did he have one. He said they can't keep them on the lot they are in such demand. So we told him we were not comfortable going to any other dealership as Global has been the only one we trust and this would be our 6th transaction. After five great purchases with no nonsense and no problems we decided we were going to lease the car sight unseen. Even though we needed a vehicle that day (car accident) we knew we couldn't go elsewhere. He went to find out when the new Elantras would arrive and said it would be during the week. We began our transaction and when Doug was free he came over to speak to us and filled us in on a few things about the lease and the new style of the Elantra. When we are at Global we feel like we just stopped by to see some old friends. Of course, Doug remembered us and we chatted about a few other things. We left a deposit and was told they would call as soon as the vehicle came in. Their word is always good they called the day the vehicle came in (Thursday) and said it would be ready anytime we want to pick it up. We went up after work and the transaction was fine no fuss, no extra cost added on,no surprises just friendly talk. The finance manager I think Mr. Rizzo was very accomodating and had us sign the paperwork etc. Very calm transaction. Afterward, the General Manager Rich Mercado, came out and thanked us for our loyal patronage to Global and we thanked him for never disappointing us. They just continue to get better. He was grateful but not as grateful as we are. It is so nice to know you are in good hands and they have your best interest at heart. Anyway the car was ready and we received the keys but they didn't have the keychain that we love - it is the round Global keychain with the telephone numbers on the other side. We have them for our other 2 Hyundais. So Doug saw I was disappointed and went to find the keychain for me. Thank you Doug. It was a small gesture but meant the world to us. I love the Global keychain and it is good advertising. Just as point of info, we live 3 minutes from a Hyundai dealership in Union but we visited them 2 times when looking for a vehicle and they can not come close to Global. I tell everyone that. My parents bought their Hyundai from Global also and are as happy as we are. For service we drive the extra half hour because their service department is probably one of the best in the North Jersey area. Again, we tried the one close to home and we were disappointed so we stick with what works and that is Global. So happy we have them to rely on when we need to purchase a vehicle it makes our lives easier and we always happy with the end result. Thank You Global for being #1 !!! No dealership can compare !!! That is why we are loyal to you!!! And will continue to be loyal to you!!! Thank you Kelvin for starting our purchase you are wonderful and so nice to work with!! What a difference a good dealership can make! We stopped in on a Saturday after spending 2+ hours at another dealer, in hopes of buying a new Hyundai. We walked out of that dealer after the game-playing got in on a Saturday after spending 2+ hours at another dealer, in hopes of buying a new Hyundai. We walked out of that dealer after the game-playing got to be too much. We had already gotten an internet quote from Global, so we knew exactly what we were looking to pay and had set up an appointment with Samantha, one of the internet sales people. We were greeted promptly, and Samantha handed us off to Terrence. He was friendly, asked us straight-out what we were looking for, went to the computer, and came back with a price and a price breakdown. It was high, so we negotiated a little (less than a minute) and he went to his manager and came back at a price we were very happy with. The entire process took less than an hour, most of which was waiting for paperwork to print out, and Terrence made no attempts to hide any charges or up-sell us extended warranties or special dealer options. It was, by far, the easiest car sale I've ever been a part of. I'd go back there in a heartbeat. More
