William Terrell at Global Auto Mall treated me with respect and personal interest, he answered all my questions on the first visit, offered valuable suggestions about alternate models and packages that would suit my interest and needs, and did not attempt to push me into decisions I did not intend to make, which is something I experienced at a number of other dealerships. When I returned for a second visit, he produced the paperwork we had looked at on my first visit and discussed the same figures we had discussed then. When I decided to buy the car from him, the price was exactly what I expected, the car he delivered was exactly what we discussed and what I wanted, and he spent a couple of hours with me to be sure everything was properly registered and that I understood the details of the workings of the car. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. More
Everytime I come to Global I have excellent customer service. Tom goes out of his way to help me out all the time and I appreciate that! Although I have purchased two other Hyundai vehicles from Global this 2011 Sonata is the first time I am leasing. My experience working with Kelvin was a very enjoyable one indeed. For starters, I didn't feel like a piece of steak in a cage full of hungry lions. The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxed and without pressure. Kelvin further added to that atmosphere by showing a personal concern for what we were interested in. He didn't simply try to sell a us a vehicle that he had in stock, but rather made sure that I got what I wanted. He even went as far as seeing to it that a discrepancy over pricing was quickly corrected- no hassle. I would recommend Kelvin Pitt and Global Auto Mall to everyone. More

I spoke to Samantha several times that day before I arrived at the Dealership. She did assure me that I would definately get a car. I arrived at the dealership, Samantha greeted us, introduced us to Ju arrived at the Dealership. She did assure me that I would definately get a car. I arrived at the dealership, Samantha greeted us, introduced us to Jude and he continued the paperwork. Samantha came over several times to make sure everything was good and we were comfortable. We waited about 45 minutes and they told us all was good. From that point everything went very smoothly, so we thought. All the paperwork was signed, the lease papers for the Genesis, they took my 2006 Mitsubishi, had me get insurance on the new car, had me turn in my plates on the old car, etc....Well what happened next is totally absurd. Never heard of this. One week later, I get a call from Global Auto, Tony Izzo and Jude, the loan was not approved. OMG, how can that be. After all the papers are signed, plates returned, insurance obtained, I don't understand. Tony says, let me see what we can do. They then call me and tell me ok all is good, come down and resign the lease papers through a different bank and bring a co-signer. I go back with my co-signer , whom by the way I didn't need for the first set of papers I signed, and what do they do at Global, they took it uon themselves to put the co-signer first and me second. Not acceptable to me. I the ask for my keys for the trade in vehicle I gave them, gave them back the keys for the new car and walked out and drove home with no plates, no insurance , no nothing on my trade in car. First I was approved through Hyundai, then I was approved through PNC, then they don't remember the name of the bank. Something not on the up and up at this dealership. Very shady. What were they trying to do?? Well to make things even more interesting, I get a call from Hyundai Finance, welcoming me into their family. So what is the deal here at this dealership. They lie, that is the bottom line. Liars, Liars etc..... I can go on and on, but be really careful before you go to this dealership!!!! Annmarie & Joseph Manzella More
