I've visited several dealers and was not happy with their service and their pushy sales attitude. It's strange, but I felt completely in charge and very comfortable when I was dealing with the Global Auto staff. This was my first service on my new Hyundai, and I didn't know what to expect. My previous service experience at other car dealers was a turn-off, but this was different. My car was ready sooner than expected, it was clean, and Tom personally went and got it so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. The waiting area and rest rooms are clean and comfortable. They have wi-fi, so I could do some work while waiting. They're very organized, the place is clean, and they communicate well. Tom even explained how long the next couple of service appts would take, so I could plan ahead. The whole experience was stress-free. More

Anyway as I walked in I was set up with my salesman Mr Christopher Dixon. I must say the serice was great! No sales pressure, worked with me as far as my budget, very patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We went out for a test drive and needless to say Im the proud new owner of a 2012 Kia Optima SX! I would highly recomment Global Auto Mall for friendly courteous service, No pressure at all! On top of all this, even after the sale I get calls to make sure everything is fine, tips on my car, best waxes etc etc. Now I mentioned Debbie Skelton as I went back to the dealer since I added a few more options to my car. So as I entered the service dept I was introduced to Debbie and she is also a pleasure to to talk with, she breaks things down perfectly as far as what you're getting and your options. They also offer a shuttle service which is great since I dont live far at all from the dealership, so I didnt really need a loaner. Overall the experience has been great!!
