It's strange, but I felt completely in charge and very comfortable when I was dealing with the Global Auto staff. My car was ready sooner than expected, it was clean, and Tom personally went and got it so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. The waiting area and rest rooms are clean and comfortable. They have wi-fi, so I could do some work while waiting. They're very organized, the place is clean, and they communicate well. Tom even explained how long the next couple of service appts would take, so I could plan ahead. The whole experience was stress-free. More
