The original sale went fine. However I traded in a vehicle and it took them almost 30 days to send the payoff to the bank. In the meantime the calls started from the bank. I have had a consistent problem with my Navigation Bluetooth unit in my 2012 Optima. At first, Kia would not agree to replace the unit despite the issues I have had with it.
