I can't say enough great things about Ian, Seymor and the whole buying experience I had at Global Jeep. I had already had my heart set on a vehicle at a nearby competing dealer. I had no intention of buying at Global, I walked in just to see what they had on hand and to see if they could come close to the very good deal I thought I was getting down in Princeton. Ian and Seymor showed me 2 Wranglers that had everything I was getting from Princeton and a handful of features i wasn't. We worked on numbers and came to a price that I didn't expect and the dealership in general was very willing to give me a very fair value on my trade. Global, Ian & Seymor are as easy to work with as it gets. Its the type of place that I feel like if you go in with some honest and fair numbers, they're going to work with you as hard as possible to make it happen. I haven't felt this good about any car purchase I've made before. I'll deal with them again 5x over. More

You know .... I can't say enough about this dealership and the wonderful people I've dealt with there. My salesman (Robbie)did everything to help me locate the car with all the features I wanted and went and the wonderful people I've dealt with there. Rob did everything to make sure the car was ready with everything programed and tested for me before pickup. When I arrived he demanded my cell phone so he could program the car to recognize my phone and download my phone book. I ordered some extras from the parts department to install on my own (mudflaps and wheel locks). When I called Robbie after the sale to say hi and ask the hours for the parts room, he insisted on dropping the parts off at my house rather than me driving the 12 miles to pick them up. Robbie....If you ever see this...once again THANK YOU for all your help and hard work. The next gentleman I met at this dealership was Rick Schreck the service manager. Actually I ran into him while trying to find the mens room. Rick was not hard to find as his desk is located right at the front of the service area. I commented to Rick that this was the nicest cleanest most organized service area I had ever seen in my 52 years. Rick introduced himself, thanked me and asked me about the car I ordered. Rick then took me on the grand tour of the service area. Rick takes a lot of pride in his shop and it shows. I've only been in twice so far for oil changes but Rick is always there to shake my hand and check how my visit is going. Took my Chevrolet Malibu in for service yesterday. I have always serviced my Chevrolet at Global and when my brakes started making noise I went right down to Global. They took care of me right away. I think the service rep who helped this time was named Greg. As the entire staff does, Greg provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. I needed to get my rotors resurfaced and new brake pads with oil change. Fast, dependable and knowledgeable, I would recommend Global Chevrolet service to anyone. More
