From helping me hand pick the car that suited me best to handing over the keys to my new car. I’ve purchased vehicles in the past and Ken isn’t like your typical car dealer trying to get paid. He invests his time into you and makes sure you leave with a great deal and a good car. The car i wanted was not in stock, but Ken found it at another dealership all the way in pennsylvania and personally went there himself to inspect the car and bring it back for me. After purchasing the car, Ken assisted me with making sure i knew everything i needed to know with the features of my car and all of the coverage i had that was being offered by Hyundai. It’s truly the little things that matter, and Ken made sure he touched every point from beginning to end. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, and i would not hesitate to come back to Global as long as Ken (Guy) is there to assist me. Thank you!! More

I bought my fully loaded Kia here and was told about the amazing warranty that these vehicles have with them, “10 year - 100k miles” I have now find out just as to why Kia motors had to do this.. For example, the other day I had just picked up my 5 month year old grandson along with my other 3 year old grandson and my daughter. We were all excited about going down to Asbury park (there favorite beach) and while driving 60mph on the parkway I had the entire vehicle SHUT OFF! I couldn’t believe what was going on and I was shaking i was shaking and entire body was trembling knowing the safety of my grandchildren and daughter I didn’t even have a chance to think about my own life, but my life was now in jeopardy! I’ve never in my life felt so vulnerable to losing my family or my life ever, especially just AFTER having my vehicle serviced! After miraculously somehow avoiding an accident and getting to the shoulder I now waited 3 hours in 98 degree weather for this “roadside assistance” which took me to the dealership to finally meet Jim Stolz. At this point I thought I had hit rock bottom, boy was I wrong. Jim now told me I was responsible for paying for my own rental vehicle due to the fact they “had none available” at this huge auto mall they didn’t have not one vehicle to assist me and my children with! After a near death experience I could not begin to deal so I now dealt with the sacrifices one must make when buying and servicing and having a recall ignored when having my car serviced here just before my ENGINE BLEW. avoid this dealer they don’t care about you or your life or family just your money. I wish I could say different because everyone has to make a living but at this moment they have shown zero interest to keep mine. Unbelievable that in any type of business someone would have the audacity to treat human beings worst then animals. I one day HOPE I can come back on here and change this review please somehow prove me wrong! understaffed and waiting for a loaner still and paying out of pocket which I cannot afford. More

We looked at all the options and after crunching numbers we were able to trade in my Grand Cherokee for a brand new Jeep Gladiator! Best part about the deal is that my payments are $300 less than what I walked in there with!! I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the relief from the monthly payments will help me and my family do the things we need to do! 5 stars all around, highly recommend More

So with an open mind, I approached Julio Ruiz and asked him to help me. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my budget. He paired me with a Kia Forte LXS. The test drive was superb. Furthermore his relaxed attitude and professionalism put me at ease. After he gave me a quote, I decided to shop around for other dealership and although they gave me an additional discount, my gut feeling told me I should make the deal with Global Auto Mall. The process of the paperwork was done with smoothness and transparency. There were no hidden fees. They were willing to show me all the paperwork and answered all my questions thoroughly. If you are looking for honesty and smoothness then I recommend Julio Ruiz. He will give you an excellent service. Thanks!! Worst Experience I’m sorry that the Chevrolet brand has to be represented by Global Automall. Countless times have I given Global the opportunity for my service or I’m sorry that the Chevrolet brand has to be represented by Global Automall. Countless times have I given Global the opportunity for my service or to service my current lease only to be smacked in the face with the reality that they don’t want my service. I will no longer go to Global Automall for any car or truck that I own regardless of make or model. I have been lied to, ignored, and even stranded after an Uber that was supposed to take me back to my house, brought me to the wrong address and did not want to bring me to the correct location because the address was not what they were provided. I’m not sure what else there is to say aside from I’m sorry for giving you my time and the countless others that you will lose in the future due to such poor service. More

When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Riley who took very good care of us every step of the way. He was full of energy , answered any question we had , went over the vehicle with us. The next day we came back to pick up our Chevy 1500 Fernando in F&I took care of the paperwork with us he also did a great job.
