We always come back!! I bought my Hyundai at Global in 2008 then in 2013 I sent my parents to buy their car and just a few days ago my husband and I came to look for our ne I bought my Hyundai at Global in 2008 then in 2013 I sent my parents to buy their car and just a few days ago my husband and I came to look for our new car. We were approached by Ray Azarcon and told him what we were interested in looking at. He was very easy going and NOT pushy at all! That is rare in a car salesman! He showed us the different models of the Jeep Grand Cherokees and when we settled on a model we liked he took both of us for a test drive. We fell in love with the Grand Cherokee Altitude. We had a trade in that they gave us MARKET value for. Yes you heard me correct, MARKET VALUE and we walked away with our new truck. I can not end this without talking about A.C who was the manager there. He was SO VERY helpful and worked with us on the numbers. We feel like we really just had the dream team that day. Also, once we were in the car and ready to leave, Ray came out and gave us a brief yet thorough tutorial on all the features that the car has and even helped us sync our phones for the blue tooth capabilities. Overall. once again, an amazing experience and I would recommend everyone go there for their next car!!! More

Best buying experience ever!! We just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through Ray Azarcon and I can not say enough about what a pleasant experience it was. We had every intention of buying a used Jeep in which Ray was very helpful with finding but we found that my wife was not able to get the driver seat into a safe position due to her height. Ray was never pushy and basically said if the car is not right it's not right. After further research I called Ray 3 weeks later, told him what we were looking for and within 1 hour he found several vehicles for us to look at. Ray was knowledgeable, friendly and helped take away the stress of buying my new Jeep. He asked me what I was looking for, showed me what was available and did not pressure me into anything more. After I purchased the Jeep (for a great price!), he showed me how to use all of the features and sincerely seemed just excited as I was (and not just for the commission). Apparently I needed a lot of things done to my car and it was going to take awhile, he offered me a loaner overnight which made my day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ray Azarcon who gained an understanding of where I was in the car buying process (pretty much at the initial phase), what I was looking for, and a general sense of my price range. Ray was extremely knowledgeable and patient and while he of course wanted to make a sale, his demeanor demonstrated a strong level of understanding and willingness to listen to my needs. I never felt pressured into buying a car but felt very committed to negotiating in good faith largely due to the time, commitment and patience that Ray demonstrated. In the end, I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at a great price.
