I recently bought a 2026 Palisade and worked with Chris, who was fantastic - straightforward, patient, and genuinely not interested in playing games. There were plenty of attempts at add-on fees and an impressively low initial trade-in offer. Nothing unusual for a dealership, but definitely a reminder to know your numbers and call things out when they don’t look right. They still owe me a deposit refund they’ve acknowledged but the urgency around processing that doesn’t quite match the urgency they had when asking me to complete this survey. Bottom line: Chris is great, and the dealership gets the job done, just go in informed. More

I cannot believe how incompetent the service dept here is. Been trying to get my 2010 jeep in for a service recall. The run around is incredible. Too long to list all the issues. No return emails or phone calls. Spoke to someone named Ed Rubino, supposedly general manager. He did return a phone call. What a joke. Totally rude and didn't give crap. Finally lost my temper and told him off. Myself and my daughters have bought 4 vehicles from them over the last couple years. Also had friends buy there. NEVER AGAIN.
