I was interested in a used car advertised at $28,999. Even their sales contract stated title cost of $499. Eventually we got to a reasonable figure and I bought the car in Oct '24. They called a few weeks later to say they had the title and I can pick it up. I asked why THEY had MY title and was told " that's the way we do it". I asked them to mail it to me (it's a 90 minute round trip from my home), and she said that they would. MULTIPLE calls later, I was told it had been mailed on Jan 29. It didn't arrive and I left several voice mails. Called this morning and was told "we have your title here" - no explanation despite questioning. I asked for it to be mailed and the answer was "can you pick it up? It costs $40 if you want us to mail it - do you want to pay over the phone?". UNBELIEVABLE. They charged me $237.00 DOCUMENT DELIVERY FEE, and they need another $40 to mail it! CROOKS. I don't understand why DMV would issue the title to anyone but the owner, especially since no loan - I paid with a cashier's check. I'm calling DMV, and probably my lawyer. More
Be mindful with this dealership as they do not go out of their way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I was. They had an exact model on the lot but wouldn’t give me that one. So I was left with “take it today” and then it was up to me to miss work another day and drive all the way back, have them try and fix it, wait, then drive all the way home. I was going to be given nothing for my troubles, but after voicing my concern they gave me a$25 gift card. Really? I saved them hundreds of dollars in financing fees by taking the vehicle off their lot sooner. Be careful with the salesperson Yurii, and CJ and especially the general manger who both did not seem to have any compassion. More

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this dealership has been a complete disaster. My engine failed on the highway and was replaced under warranty, which took over 6 m My experience with this dealership has been a complete disaster. My engine failed on the highway and was replaced under warranty, which took over 6 months because of repeated delays and errors. First, they ordered an engine with a cracked block, then I waited months for another. When I finally got my car back, it was covered in scratches they caused, requiring multiple trips (over an hour each way) to fix. It gets worse. They forgot to reconnect a vacuum hose, leaving me with dangerously soft brakes, which I had to pay another shop to diagnose and fix. Now, my car has a turbocharger boost sensor error (P2565) and a check engine light that didn’t exist before. The dealership is refusing to take responsibility, claiming ‘things happen.’ My car went in fine except for the engine, and it’s come out with problem after problem. This dealership has cost me so much time, money, and stress. They’re negligent and take zero accountability. I’d recommend staying far away More
I never write bad reviews, but I left a very positive review the week that I leased my car, which has since needed to be redacted! I was incredibly happy with the sales and financial aspects of the initial transaction. Everything was timely, professional and well handled. However, the minute I drove off the lot that all changed! The dealer bought out my previous lease and was to send a check to the financial institution holding the loan. After over a month of chasing the Global Jeep's finance manager with spotty responses (never from him actually but instead the nice sales person) in which I was told the check was cut the week I leased my car, I came to found out this was not in fact true. It took till almost week 6 for me to get any resolve and only after threatening poor reviews. Apparently that is what it takes! As a person who values their credit, I suggest never becoming a client at this dealer or you will risk them treating you like royalty when shopping and then disrespectfully once they have sealed the deal. More
The Start of a New Relationship, It has recently come to my attention, after my previous post, that the upper management at Global Auto mall, was not aware my situation. Mr Ed Rubin, called me promptly to start the process of resolving the open issues. He immediately opened communication with the Parts/Used Cars Department, and forward momentum began. He was true to his word. In the rush to explain my position, a very dear and honest man was caught in the fray. Bruno a very professional finance manager, who eagerly took up my cause, should be praised for going above and beyond and trying to halt any unfortunate fallout. The ship has been righted. The lesson here. Get all things in writing. If you have issues, document them and present them in a humble even tone. A life raft was given to me by Mr. Ed Rubino, and all his team is rowing. More
Our salesperson, Yurii, was new to the dealership and very enthusiastic to highlight the benefits of our 2021 vehicle.
