These guys are THE BEST!!!! We have 2 Volkswagen's in our family. My kids drive a Touareg and after driving a SAAB for many years i switched to a VW CC. these guys have taken INCREDIBLE care of me and my fam family. My kids drive a Touareg and after driving a SAAB for many years i switched to a VW CC. these guys have taken INCREDIBLE care of me and my family. my Touareg has had some issues, but the level of service, attention and the ease of calling them and having Chris and Tyler help me with suggestions on fixes, little nuance secrets they have seen over the years and prompt attention when this thing has broken down is WAAYYYY above the call of duty, for any service department. I have even started bringing my wife's Toyota land cruiser to them for oil changes. Cant say enough about my experience with these guys and their level of service. The service I received today was good old fashion small town customer service, and that service is what I will remember when I purchase my next VW. WOW! Tyler saved us while on a road trip visiting Colorado from Texas. My brand new 2020 Atlas with 3000 miles had a screen malfunction. The entire instrument panel went black, leaving us unable to v Colorado from Texas. My brand new 2020 Atlas with 3000 miles had a screen malfunction. The entire instrument panel went black, leaving us unable to view the speedometer, gas tank, etc. We contacted VW roadside and it was going to be a nightmare having our car towed to the dealership then figuring our how to get us back home to Texas. Tyler spoke with us over the phone and gave us a tip how to do a factory reset on the car. It brought the screen back to life and allowed us to be able to drive back to Texas. Thank you Tyler!!!
