Above and beyond customer service Was travelling through town on my way to Moab from the front range when I stopped for a break and my car wouldn't re-start and was clearly having weir Was travelling through town on my way to Moab from the front range when I stopped for a break and my car wouldn't re-start and was clearly having weird electrical issues (2016 VW GLI). Tyler from the dealership drove in his own car to me to check things out, and even brought a new battery for my key fob. He ran a couple of tests and determined the car needed to be towed to the dealership. Once there, they quickly identified a freak weather-related ice/snow damaged wire. They fixed it and sent me on my way. Tyler went above and beyond by personally investing his time, expertise and his own gas! More

He put it on the computer, cleaning up the error as well as other errors that were behind the scene. He brought my car back out, explained what he did and how the error occurs and sent me on my way.
